Thank you for taking my case . Thank you for the result . Everything in between needs a lot of work , specifically customer service . Either there's too much on your plate , that there's no time to update your clients or it's simply not taken into consideration . Either way , it doesn't leave a good impression with your clients , myself . Letting us know that someone else is now handling a specific area of the case would be ideal , as oppose to us getting transferred many times looking for who NOW is working on our case . Thank you for taking this constructive criticism and making your team an even better team .

I was recently involved in a major incident but thankfully wasn't hurt. I called this firm (and a few others) for advice and even though I told them I wasn't hurt they were more than happy to give me advice. I can't tell you how fast I was hurried off the phone by other firms. But Amy and Michael made me feel like they actually cared about me and my situation even though they couldn't take my case on. I really appreciate your invaluable advice.

Do not Hire!!! Terrible law firm , I was involved in an automotive accident once the law firm got their money they immediately stopped representing me with no notice of any kind and now the doctors they referred me to are calling everyday because apparently I owe them thousands of dollars when the lawyer who was working my case said none of it would have been taken out of my pocket. Absolutely awful DO NOT HIRE!!!!

I brought a dog bit case to Michael about 18 months ago and he really went after the owners. They refused to just pay medical bills at first and went silent. Not only did Michael take them to court, he prevailed in short order. He kept me informed every step of the way and I really felt that he advised me in my best interests, instead of what would make him the most money. In the end, Michael probably made less money by advising me how he did, but I feel that he gave me the right direction and it all worked out as well as it could have. His office staff is very professional and they always remembered who I was. I would recommend Michael and his firm 1000 times over.
