Brandon Castor is phenomenal, so much attention to detail, questions always answered in a way I could fully understand, total fighter - could not recommend him enough!

Appreciate the hard work by McNicholas & McNicholas' staff, especially Steffi Hong Henry and Astrid Sanez Hugnh. Documenting the Dixie Fire information has been difficult and tedious but Steffi and Astrid have stayed the course and our case file is nearing completion. Hopefully all this hard work results in positive outcomes for all fire victims in the Plumas County area.

Liam has been great through the whole process from filling out my papers to letting me know what he needs. Calling me and texting me letting me know the progress of what's going on. If have questions, all I have to do is call him if he's not available he usually gets back to me the same day. He's been very sympathetic of what I've been through, losing my pets because of evacuating and just the whole evacuating process. I've been through some tough family times recently and Liam has been very sympathetic and tells me if I need anything he's always there just a phone call away. I would highly recommend McNichols and McNichols lawyers they have been awesome to me they are very informative about everything that's going on and keep me in the loop.

Everyone I've talked to has been very helpful. Sometimes there's a little miscommunication from the third party answering service, but over all everyone's very polite sociable with a great sense humor, ( which I personally greatly value) all while maintaining a upmost professional attitude.

Communications and updates are timely and efficient. The questionnaire was easily understood. Meetings were held regularly with members of my community.
