I have been fortunate enough to work with McNicholas & McNicholas my entire professional career. They are as good as it gets. This is my second experience with M&M in 8 years. They're my type of professionals. Courteous but focused on the evidence based truth. I find Matt has a very fine understanding on the subtle nature of employment law and can quickly evaluate the the frequently complex nature of such cases. He communicates clearly and evaluates with an understanding of human nature, tge law and the courts based on experience.
