Stephanie Blum is my opposing counsel. She is the most overpriced attorney I have ever met. First, my Ex and I signed marital settlement agreement last December, it took her over 5 months to prepare for our judgement paper. Second, she or her office does not even know how to draft a judgement form, she only put selective information in the judgement and simplifies the important terms. For example, in her FL-180 form, she only used 3 sentences to describe two properties which is one of the biggest issues in our divorce case. Third, she likes to play tricks on people. However, her tricks are not smart and make her and her team look like a joke. For instance, she spent hours and hours on arguing a small issue with me through emails which was only related to about thousand-dollar fee for my children. (Her hourly rate is $850/hr) In the end, my Ex spent thousands of thousands of dollars on attorney fees. I wasted all my energy and time on her; and the quality of life of my children was affected. Last, her office sent me wrong documents (her other clients’ court papers) twice before. Thus, I am very worried about the private information of my own. In all, go hire Stephanie Blum if you are ready to spend hundred, hundred thousand dollars, time is not an issue, you do not care about your private information, and you like to play on people as well.

I have been an attorney for decades and a named partner at a boutique law firm. Stephanie Blum, Esq. has represented me, personally, several times in family law matters and has always done an outstanding job. I pay her normal hourly rate. The last time she represented me, she trounced a completely unethical lawyer who refused to "play by the rules". She was originally referred by one of our law firm's clients and our firm recommends her services for any family law matters that arise. She is very aggressive, knowledgeable, experienced, and gets the job done. Legal services for any lawyer never end up being inexpensive (even the supposed "bargain" lawyers), and our family law system is a travesty. So, if you find yourself forced into litigation that can have a profound effect on your life, you are inevitably going to be compelled to spend real money and should make sure, in the very least, that you are represented by strong, effective counsel like Ms. Blum.

The team has been wonderful in helping to finalize my divorce process. They were fast to respond to the initial consultation to see what I needed, as I had finished most of the paperwork on my own. Tempted to complete the divorce on my own and realizing how much more work there actually was still going to be, Atusa and her team stepped in. However, the process took longer than initially quoted, but that was out of our control. Thankful for the team, filing for divorce isn't an easy task!

I was really happy with the service provided by Daniel and Ayal. They always made themselves availablr to answer my questions without making me feel like a bother. Only putting 4 stars instead of 5 because Maria, the receptionist, was kind of rude. But I just spoke with Daniel for the first time since my wedding, and when I told him about my experience with Maria, he explained that she was only at the firm for a week until him and Ayal picked up on her less than friendly attitude and let her go. Very much respect that they saw the issue so quickly and fixed it.
