I was the victim of a pedestrian vs vehicle accident that sent me straight to surgery and a 5 day hospital bill. Mr. Glassman represented me and was undeniably the best representation I could of had. Paul Traina, Whitney Smith & Ian Samson are amazing lawyers!!!! I had a car accident where the other driver was at fault. She ran a red light & tboned my car. I had neck & shoulder injuries. MRI's, chiropractor appts, shoulder surgery, Physical therapy, PTSD. I thank god I survived that accident. I also thank god I found the lawyers from Panish, Shea, & Boyle. The woman at faults insurance company was not cooperating and had no choice but to go to court. Her lawyers were a nightmare but I was prepared to face them and tell my truth. I am a medical professional who was injured in a motor vehicle accident and eventually required surgery. I was represented by Matthew Stumpf and Kevin Boyle, and am very grateful for their efforts. Matthew was always available- even calling me and keeping up with my case when a new baby arrived in their household. And finally, after a long struggle with the opposing insurance company, they were masterful negotiators who obtained funds I will need in the future as a result of my injuries. There are two main professions where you should never settle for second best, doctor and a lawyer. I can without a doubt tell you Panish, Shea & Boyle is the elite, top of the line you need. Just their reputation alone gives you a high percentage win chance out of the gate. I had a lot of people working for me, but Nadine Khedry was the lawyer I had most contact with. She is not only awesome in her profession, she is the best person. Always there for me, very empathetic and more than glad to help. In the end, they knocked it out of the park for me in half the time I was expecting (around 11 months from date of accident). Don't look anywhere else, this is where you need to be.
