Jeff has been a great attorney throughout this whole nightmare. Getting a DUI has been the darkest and most stressful part of my life. He was able to guide me through the process and give me hope when I had lost it. He was brutally honest about everything and would remind me about the consequences of getting a DUI and how worse it could have been. He was always upfront and honest about everything. From the start, he told me that he was never going to make any false promises and he always made me know about the realistic possibilities about what would happen with my case. He would always respond quickly to my text messages and my phone calls which I appreciated so much. From the beginning he informed me that I would need 3 letters of character. I would need one from business, a member of aa and one I would have to write myself to the judge apologizing for my actions. I would also have to get a psychological evaluation from Dr. Welanetz. I also attended over 80 aa meetings online and in person as well. I worked so hard during those 2 months up until my court date. My hard work finally paid off on my court date. I had an aggravated DUI. I had a high BAC and I was speeding, both of those were dropped. I was only charged with a DUI of above 0.08%. With the aggravating factors, I would have had to get the breathalyzer for 9 months and would have done the DUI classes for probably 6-9 months. Jeff was able to get the prosecutor to give me the breathalyzer for 6 months and the DUI classes for 3 months. I still have to do community services but only 100 hours. I will take community service over jail time anytime. I ended up with a fine of 2K which could have easily been 4K instead. Jeff accompanied me to the different locations within the court to sign up for the classes and the community service. I wouldn't have known where to go if it wasn't for him. I am thankful for everything Jeff has done and I am glad I chose him to be my attorney.

I got a citation in December of 2023 and retained the services of Jeff at that time. It took almost a year (10 days short of) before having to go to court December of 2024. In that year I followed the advice and guidance Jeff had set for me to follow. He would reach out weekly advising me of the status of the court filing and to assure I was following the program he had suggested. I always spoke directly to Jeff, which I liked. There were times when I would answer questions he had or ask question I had, that he would be short or rude with his response. It took 3 visits to the court to finally close the case. I did not get the results I was looking for and had worked so hard for throughout that year, but with Jeff's help I was able to get a much better result and reduction to what I was facing.
