I hired Alec as my attorney at the onset of my case. The school was being very harsh and my professor was accusing me of cheating on a final exam which would have stopped me from graduating. Alec was sincere, calm and listened to the truth about what happened and walked me through the steps the school will pursue and that we should pursue. After that, we met weekly throughout the process and when the time came he trained me on how to answer questions and how to give my narrative. When the time for the hearing came, UCSD DID NOT ALLOW him to be present which was very unfair and does not represent a just system. However, Alec's help in the weeks leading up helped me to remain calm and tell my side of the events and helped me to win the case. I am now graduating this year as I should be because of Alec. He knows the ins and outs of the University of California school system and will help you to have the best chance in your case.

My son was recently involved in a DUI incident with very serious injuries where Mr. Gold's services were required. With quick response we were able to get a jump start on a strategy. Going to AA meeting immediately, acquiring letters of character from employers and others involved, and placing himself on home arrest. The judge was very pleased with his efforts. First facing a lengthy prison time, my son was able to come away from the incident with minimal time and fines.
