From our initial consultation, I noticed what a compassionate person Alexa was. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to emails. She keeps things short and sweet and always steers you in the right direction. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my kids and I are protected and somehow found a way to get my ex to stop harassing me. In a few months, she got this high conflict case settled after having no progress for a year and half with my previous attorney. I highly recommend Alexa!

Look no more! Alexa Tibshraeny is the best Family Law attorney that I have known. I have worked with 2 attorneys, prior to meeting Alexa. Both were too nice and generously negotiated when I didn’t want to, hurting my situation. Alexa offers prompt responses when I asked for her help. She regularly checks in during quiet times. She has sound advice and pushes back when needed. Alexa totally understands personality-disordered parents. Alexa stands up and protects my children and I when the narcissist is experiencing rage. I was experiencing panic episodes, even in my sleep. As soon as Alexa came on board, those panic attacks went away. While not necessary, Alexa was very compassionate, supportive, and let me know that she really understood my situation with a narcissist and all the flying monkeys. She was savvy with strategizing. Alexa is well-connected and offers needed resources. She works WITH me to get the results that I want. I never felt that she was “clocking time” with me to run up my bill. In fact, she said she would be very efficient to minimize my bill and did so over the years that we have worked together. I wish I had met Alexa years ago at the start of this unfortunate journey; I believe with her skills and savviness, my journey would not have been so hard. As soon as she came on board, our situation smoothed out and stayed smooth.

I hired Alexa as I filed for divorce this past January. My husband and I have 3 children and had been married for 19 years. I filed for divorce because our marriage had fallen into a toxic pattern and I did not want my children to grow up and replicate pattern with their own families and children. I had begged my husband to go to therapy and he had refused for years. I had begun to suffer health problems from the stress of holding everything together. After I had filed and my husband was separated from his children for a period of time I was moving forward with the divorce process with Alexa’s guidance. Though I was paying in 6 minute increments, she answered my questions thoroughly but not exhaustively, and never felt rushed by her. Then, after I had found out my husband had started his own therapy and then had wanted to start couples therapy, Alexa was the one who gave me the permission to look at the “big picture” and to “be honest” with myself and my kids to ensure that at this new moment that I was doing everything I could do. Therapy was not in the picture before, but it then became an option. Had Alexa and I not have had that conversation before, I am sure I would have let that opportunity go and would have been on that high speed train for divorce. My husband and I are fortunate we were were able to reconcile.

Alexa Tibshraeny is simply amazing! To start...she is smart as a whip! Detailed and concise in all correspondence, be it phone, text or email. What I loved was the "Inner Bulldog" I felt she had, protecting my best interest and making sure I received what was rightfully mine. I found our opposing Attorney continually scramble to keep up with her, because she is so incredibly organized and thorough. What took me by surprise is that once all docs where signed and finalized, (and I thought at that point, I am on my own), Alexa emails me an "Action List" taken from the Judgement of open items that need to be taken care of. She closed with "If you need any help getting these taken care of, please let me know". Wow!!! Just a complete professional from start to finish.

I have been working with Alexa for almost two years. I couldn’t be happier with Alexa’s work! She’s honest, assertive, professional and very competent. Alexa has been guiding me and so far, slowly but surly, we have been winning. I would give 10 stars if I could. I trust her 100% with my legal affairs. Alexa was amazing! She was always available I could text or email her and I knew I would get a response back within a couple of hours. I was able to explain to her what I wanted out of my divorce and custody and she advised me the best way possible to achieve the outcomes. We have finally agreed on custody and signed our divorce settlement and it was everything I asked for. She really seemed interested in my case and she really wanted the best for me! I don’t know how I can write down the amount of gratitude and appreciation that I feel at this moment for Alexa. After 2 years of battling with my narcissistic ex, my previous attorney was ready to give up and settle for nothing. I was tired, drained and ready to give up too. I was so blessed to have Alexa work on my case. I had a very complicated high-conflict case and Alexa was on every detail. She was very effective in court as she had every document on hand and was extremely organized and ready to produce any information in a given moment. Going through a VERY messy and painful divorce, Alexa was referred to me by a friend of a friend who hired her services and spoke very highly of her. I called around to a few different attorneys to get a feel for what was out there, and even in our consultation, Alexa took 30 min of her time to speak to me, answer all of my questions, and I felt like she just genuinely cared and had compassion for the pain I was in coming out of an abusive marriage. Her fees were on the higher side of all the attorneys I got bids from (not by much though), but she was worth every penny and more! Alexa was thorough and made a very unpleasant experience as pleasant as it could be. She always made me feel safe and that we would get things worked out in my favor. And even with the things we had to concede to in order to come to a settlement agreement, Alexa talked me off the emotional ledge & put things in perspective that giving up these small things would be better & more cost effective than going to court over them. Some of the petty things we came up against trying to settle with my ex Alexa said she had NEVER seen in all her years of practicing law, but she was so smart and came up with intelligent ways to loophole these awful demands in our favor.
