My experience in working with Alexandra on my divorce was excellent. I had virtually no knowledge about the process and the steps I needed to take - Alexandra and her team were exactly what I needed. Highly knowledgeable and diligent in attention to detail, her office exceeded my expectations in every aspect of representing my interests. During this rather emotional time of my life, I especially appreciated the balance Alexandra struck in handling my case. While always maintaining the voice of reason with my best interests in mind, she always fiercely represent my demands - even those that I now, in retrospect, feel were unreasonable. Having her office in my corner during this unpleasant time was a blessing. I would 100% hire her again.

I had 2 other attorneys on my case prior. Alexandra quickly got up to speed, has a rapport with Los Angeles Judges, listens well and is perceptive. Mid-sentence she’ll know what you’re babbling on about. She knows family law inside and out, understood my desires as a father and diplomatically laid out possible options/outcomes/remedies. Alexandra’s keen knowledge of family law objected the opposing side’s baseless accusations and filed an Objection to strike all pages that exceeded the legal Response Declaration page limit too. On the day of the hearing Alexandra greeted me off the elevator and was right by my side; which means the world to a person about to hear their kid’s future. Alexandra even got me an agreement to a “meet and greet” with the other man my son calls dad, before we even walked into the court room! During the hearing I thought things weren’t going in my favor, Alexandra calmed me, whispering “You okay”? “Don’t worry”. The judge ultimately ordered joint legal custody and exactly equal parenting time. If you don’t give up on your kid(s), hire the right representation (Alexandra) you can go from being an every other weekend Dad to having your kids equally! I walked out of the court room hugged my wife and then Alexandra unexpectedly hugged us both. We won! I will never again go through any custody matter without Alexandra by my side. If you are a Dad/Parent up against the wall and limited by your court order do your kid(s) a favor and hire Alexandra!

Mr. Khosravi is an outstanding Attorney. He is the most organized and compassionate attorney I have ever hired. His communication ability is excellent and he will explain every step of the way. He is very honest and will tell you the truth not what you want to hear. Mr. Khosravi has been very responsive to my questions with speedy and clear answers. I will rate the quality of his service exceptional and I truly feel that I got more value for my money I paid him, than I expected. I highly recommend him and I feel fortunate to have found him to help me with my immigration questions.

Words can not express what am amazing job Ms. Lavinsky did on my divorce. My ex- husband is a lawyer and I was very terrified about the legal process in California. So, during the most difficult time in my life, I had the great fortune to have this incredible, client advocate representing me. Had my free consultation today and it was one of the best experiences with a lawyer I have ever had. Alexandra was very helpful and even gave me some good information to take home. Her staff was extremely nice and the entire time I was there I felt important. She really cares and looks out for your best interests not to mention has a lot of experience in family law. Alexandra Lavinsky is amazing. I highly recommend her. She stayed close by my side throughout a very difficult divorce where my spouse was hiding assets and playing the deadbeat game. She was amazing and was able to win at trial (5 day long-cause trial) on every aspect. She is fierce and a very strong woman and can handle anything. She is extremely efficient and won't waste your time or money. With two small children and my life in her hands, she was able to get me more than what I expected at trial. She is hands down the best attorney.

I have experienced a number of issues in regard to my divorce, most of which I have tried to manage on my own. The most recent issue though (responsibility & process for removal of a lien after settlement of debt after divorce), was beyond me, as the court provided no guidance, and I could not find a clear answer online. I found Alexandra through Avvo and sent an e-mail. Wanda, her paralegal, responded to me in about 30 minutes (!), and was incredibly helpful and friendly in setting things up and keeping me informed. As I only needed a specific question answered, a short phone consult was arranged. Just 48 hours after locating Alexandra on Avvo, I was on the phone with her. I reviewed my situation and asked my question, and she had an immediate answer and guidance. Alexandra listens very well (a rare quality), so even if one doesn't frame the situation perfectly, she can distill the essence immediately and accurately. She has obvious command of the law and process, as her answer was definite and crystal clear. I really appreciate that she saw where I was coming from and respected that. Alexandra is down to earth, to the point, and comes across not only as a seasoned professional, but as a balanced and decent human being. I highly recommend her.

I've been eligible for citizenship for a couple years but had always put it aside since each time I opened up the N-400 I was overwhelmed. I reached out to John based on recommendations from friends and he made taking care of my citizenship paperwork a seamless process. I was really worried that I was going to mess something up on the paperwork when doing it myself so it was great to have someone to help. He caught some really big mistakes on my first pass at the paperwork that I had considered complete, which would've caused a lot of delays and hardship. He really helped simplify the entire process. John definitely knows what he's doing and he's a great person to talk to, I'd strongly recommend him.
