In addition to being exceptional at her job and incredibly professional, Anna handled my case with great empathy and patience. I'm sure a lot of the people she represents come into the situation with a lot of stress and anxiety - I sure did. She walked me through the process, laid out my options, and answered every single one of my questions with zero judgement. It's been an interesting "silver lining" to have such delightful interactions with Anna in the midst of all of this. Having Anna advocate for me brought so much peace into my life during a time of stress and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you again for your expertise and time!

Anna assisted me in a painful situation regarding my work departure and helped me renegotiate my separation agreement. She was relentlessly available, checked in and followed up, gave sharp, erudite, sound advice, was honest but always couched it with empathy and did not once steer me wrong. It's scary to feel like you need a lawyer and Anna always made me feel safe. She is an advocate in the truest sense of the word. Strong, STRONG recommend!

I was drowning in anxiety during a very complex real estate dispute with a rapidly approaching deadline. I reached out to Anna and she was able to provide expert guidance and advice on CA landlord-tenant law, helping me review a very unique type of Lease Termination Agreement and revise a bulk of the contract's language in order to protect me even further. Beyond her legal acumen and thoroughness, Anna's confidence and calming nature probably prevented me from having a heart attack. I seriously cannot thank her enough nor recommend her more highly.

Last week I was laid off and a friend recommended Anna to me. This is the first time this has happened to me and I wanted to make sure I was being taken care of and my best interests were met. Anna went above and beyond. She was super responsive, took the time to explain things to me and coached me where I needed her to. If you’re ever unsure about where you stand, hire Anna! She will be a calm guiding hand through a tumultuous and emotional experience.

I cannot put into words how amazing Anna was to work with. She walked me through every step of my litigation. It was an absolutely daunting process throughout. But having her by my side gave me peace of mind. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns. She was kind, and empathetic to how the course of litigation affected me. But most importantly she is in absolute master at her craft, she does not overlook any details, and comes more than prepared for everything.

Attorney Anna Levine-Gronningsater is smart and she knows the law. While both are essential for good legal representation, it often requires more to win. The force multiplier that made Ms. Levine-Gronningsater a power player in my case was her depth of understanding of more than the law. Having studied with famed law professor Kimberle Crenshaw, Anna employed her ability to discern the unique vulnerabilities associated with intersectionality – an area of critical race theory often overlooked and unaddressed by traditional lawyers. I am fortunate that Anna represented me. It was a great fit and I am deeply grateful for the outcome.

It was almost exactly one year ago that I first spoke with Anna about my experiences of sexual harassment and retaliation with a former employer. She helped me to understand that what happened was not my fault and that I could stand up for myself by taking action with the assistance of The Bloom Firm. I am so glad that I heeded her suggestion - taking action that resulted in consequences for my abuser has been very healing for me. I feel validated, like less of a victim, and as though I have been freed from the weight of this harrowing experience.
Throughout the entire process, Anna was always there for me to answer my questions, allay my concerns, and support me. She provided sage advice, consistently anticipated the best next steps, and made me feel like a priority even though I know she was managing other cases in addition to mine.
I am so grateful that this process yielded a positive outcome and that I can close this ugly, painful chapter of my life. None of this would have been possible without Anna's guidance, hard work, and support. Anna is an incredible attorney and I could not have gone through this without her by my side.

When Anita Hill said that women don’t report sexual harassment, they seek “better employment opportunities,” my reaction was, well, duh.
I certainly had done everything I possibly could to avoid reporting sexual harassment—appease, evade, normalize, ignore—and after a year, was facing the loss of a career I had spent a decade building. What's more, my attempts to endure it, outsmart it, work harder, manage it into productive working relationship actually had implicated me. It looked bleak: Stepping out against the man who held my career, reputation, network, better employment opportunities in the palm of his hand, who signed my paycheck, seemed like an excellent way to commit professional suicide, and, on a personal level, volunteer to live in hell.
When I first spoke with Anna Levine-Gronningsater, she affirmed that such apprehensions were quite valid, if accurate. I appreciated the honesty.
Anna is a tactician. She is meticulous and careful. Her precision is stunning, her expertise severe: “I am not telling you the law as we hope it to be, I am telling you the law as it actually is,” she wrote to me when we were in the throws of it. It made me trust her. Her passion is implicit, impeachable. She doesn’t need to prove it. That freed up a lot of time for logic, planning, and real work, and that combination was ferocious.
Anna picked up every single one of my many, many calls. She never tried to play therapist, she was a lawyer. She defended me. She is always kind, but unsentimental, and exceedingly realistic. This would be a person incapable of bullshit. With hindsight, I suspect this is because she cares so much about her clients, enough to understand that giving one false hope would be cruel.
We won my case. A seven figure settlement, ten times the initial estimate. Anna, I think, was surprised, and I agreed the results were pretty unbelievable, though I was not that surprised. I watched her build my case, manage my expectations, tell me the truth, even when the truth was awful. We were honest, prepared.
It’s been a year since Anna first took my call. I was uncertain, ashamed, and generally terrified. People talk a lot about things like justice, and I talked a lot about wanting it, though I don’t think I knew what it meant until the night we won. I felt like I was worthy, that my experience was just as meaningful as the next person, as his experience.
Sometimes I say the number in my head, because it is so unbelievable. I proved my worth that night. He had to pay for what he did. I no longer need to prove a thing. I have guts.
I am still not sure how to thank someone for a gift that big. The word gratitude seems too small. Anna showed me how to have worth.

I would highly recommend Attorney Anna Blythe Levine-Gronningsater to anyone seeking justice in their case. Anna is simply amazing! My case was pretty complex given I was battling a large company. It was nothing less than a modern day David and Goliath (only imagine if David were a woman). But, that did not stop Attorney Blythe Levine-Gronningsater. She fought hard for my case and left no stone unturned in ensuring justice was won!
I am still speechless, grateful, and overwhelmed by our victory. Attorney Blythe Levine-Gronningsater is extremely professional, personable, compassionate and responsive. She held my hand during the process and was available to answer any question that I had. This meant everything to me given how stressful and complex my case was.
I really appreciate Anna’s hard work and cannot thank her enough for her commitment to my case. She flew thousands of miles away from her home office on the west coast to facilitate my mediation on the east coast. I was able to witness her first hand fighting tooth and nail for me. Anna is fierce, resilient, sharp, and she does not quit. She will get the job done at all costs! I'm so thankful that Attorney Anna Blythe Levine-Gronningsater and the Bloom Firm represented my case. I could not have done it without them!
