I couldn't be happier with my experience working with Sanaz. This was my first time working with a lawyer and dealing with a lawsuit, and Sanaz clearly and efficiently helped me navigate the issue I was facing. I went to Sanaz regarding a wage garnishment issue over old student debt. She was always quick to respond, clear in her guidance, and incredibly kind throughout the process. She negotiated my debt swiftly and successfully, and was able to ensure I paid a fair price that I was happy with. I would definitely recommend attorney Jeff Gold to anyone that is being charged for a DUI. Mr. Jeff is an amazing attorney. He got my DUI charges dropped and was there for me every step of the way. Not only did he call to check on me every week and answer all my questions, he also became somewhat of a mentor to me and was always there when I needed him. I remember being so lost and stressed out about the thought of getting a DUI and as soon as I called and spoke with Mr. Jeff, he spent about an hour explaining everything in detail. This really helped put me at ease knowing that he would start working on my case right away. He reassured me not to worry because that’s what I was hiring him for and as long as we stuck to the plan things would work out, and that's exactly what happened. My case was highly complex due to several factors, including: baseless allegations of abuse, a DVTRO and custody involved a special-needs child (Down syndrome). Mother had two attorneys (from separate firms) representing her case and my child had a court-appointed Minor's Counsel. Multiple DCFS investigations favorable to me. In addition to a highly experienced family law attorney, David's background and PhD in Psychology made him the perfect attorney for my case. My situation required two separate trials to address: (1) the DVTRO in 2020 and related baseless allegations of abuse filed by Mother, and (2) the second trial in 2021 to revise / update the permanent child custody orders. Mother and I were never married. We enjoyed joint custody of our child for 10 years prior to these trials. The DVTRO trail took 5 days. David became familiarized, versed and educated in the terminology / vernacular of the Special Needs Community & related Behaviors. David had an amazing team of paralegals and attorneys assisting him in preparing for my case. Given his experience & reputation, David also had access to the very best expert witnesses, which were very important to my case to address opposing counsels' Expert Witness. Mother was seeking sole custody and to permanently remove me from my Child's life. The DVTRO trial lasted five days. David was always prepared for each day's hearing; his questioning of both opposing and friendly witnesses was always respectful while focusing in on important and critical issues of Family Law and Case Specific issues. It was readily apparent that David's approach and decorum in the Court Room earned him the respect of the Judge, opposing Counsel, Minor's Counsel and the Witnesses. David seldom raised Objections during our Trial and was seldom (if ever) overruled, when he did. During the preparation for our trial, it quickly became apparent that David is highly efficient and productive in both his prep for Trial and during his questioning of witnesses. David quickly hones into nuances of the legal and/or testimonial parts of each witness (saving his clients unnecessary legal / trial costs). For example, I originally provided David with a list of 23 witnesses. By the time we went to Trial, David had convinced me to reduce the list to 6 witnesses. Our judge issued his ruling one week following the Trial and granted me Sole Custody of my Child. Upon conclusion of the DVTRO Trial, the 2nd Trial, to issue Permanent Orders, took place in 2021 (by this time, both Mother and I were seeking sole custody). Concurrent with the first trial, Opposing Counsel submitted their request for attorney fees (in excess of $90,000), which David was able to point-by-point refute through a combination of Case Law as well as the Merits of our case. Our Judge denied the entire request even though I was the far greater income earner between the parties on a scale of 4x to 5x Mother's income. Similar to the first Trial, David and his Team were equally prepared to establish my Case as to why I should have Sole Custody of our Child. While both Parties agreed to a 5-Day trial, David did such an excellent job questioning witnesses, including Mother, the Judge informed the Parties he did not think our matter required the full 5 days after the 2nd day of Trial. The Parties agreed. However, David insisted on being able to provide one additional Key Witness to support our Case, which the Parties stipulated to. Our Judge issued his Final Ruling granting me Primary Custody and Sole Legal Custody of our Child. The Judge also ruled that I would no longer need to pay Child Support. Similar to the first trial, no attorney fees were awarded for the 2nd Trial. I give David my very Highest Recommendation. I am more than happy to answer any questions about my case and David's handling of same. If your case requires a Great Attorney, hire David!

If you've happened upon this firm and are still looking, you can stop your search. You won't find any finer attorneys in California. I know that's a bold statement, but I can back it up. I contacted Nigel Witham after getting my second DUI. On one of the lowest days of my life, he not only put me at ease, but he gave me hope. From day one, he was there for me, answering every question and quelling every fear. To say he was responsive would be an understatement. And his knowledge of the law is expansive. Throughout the entire process, from the incident to the court date (in my case, 6 months or so), he was there at every turn, cheering on my efforts and encouraging me on my path. My father is an attorney, and I grew up watching him litigate in court and talk with clients, prosecutors, and judges. Like him, Nigel seems born for the law. His demeanor, presence, and voice are as soothing as they are professional. I cannot stress enough just how excellent he is. And even though I didn't get the opportunity to meet Mr. Gold, I have no doubt whatsoever that anyone who practices law with Nigel Witham is an accomplished and wonderful attorney. I owe Nigel more than I can even articulate. How can you put a price on peace of mind? It's actually one of the things in life that are truly priceless. At least, I thought so -- until I met Nigel. That may sound hyperbolic, but I assure you, it is absolutely not. If you're dealing with a DUI, do yourself a favor and just give Gold & Witham a call. It's a simple thing to take a leap of faith. Most of the time in life, those leaps are iffy, at best. But I'm here to tell you that I write this review as a free man, largely because I took that leap and called Nigel. Take the leap with Gold & Witham. You won't regret it.

David Glass is outstanding at what he does. He is direct, clear, calm, and most importantly his outside the box approach to my case was so effective that I saved time, money and the most important thing, I had peace of mind. Once I hired David, I was at ease with my case because I knew he would handle it. He was worth every penny. I highly recommend his services, and will be referring him to anyone looking for a family law attorney.

My entire 6 month experience with Mr. Gold was eye opening, educational and overall positive. My first dui and I was terrified and disappointed; however I was recommended to Mr. Gold by a friend and I'm glad he was the one to represent me throughout this. Complete patience and amazing communication. When I was first arrested for my DUI and while being in the military I thought everything was over. I was involved in a single car accident totaling my car with a BAC of 0.17. But then when I reached out to Jeff Gold he advised me of an option I could be eligible for which was military diversion. He informed me it would take a large amount of effort but his weekly calls to go over everything that had happened over the week helped greatly. He had me attending AA Meetings everyday, see a psychologist, and have people involved with my life write character letters. Through doing all of this I not only succeeded in obtaining military division but learned so much more about myself. Without Jeff Gold, and his 30 years of experience and courtroom knowledge, I believe I wouldn’t have been granted military diversion or be the better man I have now slowly started to become.

I hired the Bereliani Law Firm after my original Ch. 13 bankruptcy attorney was disbarred in the middle of my plan and during a rather tricky situation. She and her team stepped right in and were able to bring the matter to a close with no issues. Last year I made an inexcusable decision to drink and drive. I was arrested for my 2nd DUI in a very stern county. I immediately knew I had to get an attorney but who? How? Where do I start?
