For the last 6 years I've been dealing with Mr. Brager on various tax issues, finalizing the worst one just last month. The resolution he negotiated for us was very fair given the overall situation (a $2.3 million dollar tax debt and unpredictable income). I found him and his staff to be very responsive (especially important to an hysterical woman) and I was always comfortable that the advice he gave us had our best interests in mind. For obvious reasons, I hope never to need him or his firm again, but if I did, I would, without hesitation, go back to Mr. Brager and his firm. I also very confidently recommend him to anyone who may think they have an "unsolvable" tax problem.

I recently employed Mr. Nigel Witham to represent my daughter in a DMV hearing. Mr. Witham was extremely professional, as well as personable, in successfully handling this case. Mr. Gold is a competent and capable attorney. He has a unique approach that makes sense and works well for DUI defense. He cared about my case the same way I cared about it. It was very important to me to not get a DUI conviction. Mr. Gold made it happen. He worked very hard and saved my reputation by reducing my offence to a wet reckless. Mr. Brager advised, epresented and fully supported the issue of the double taxation act between South Africa and the USA with great applomb on the basis of dule residency whereby stuying the treaty thouroughly he was able to prove there was absolutely no liabilty on his client's side.
