I made many drastic decisions that brought me here to this amazing firm. I got myself into a few charges against me with my DUI in December of 2021. I was honestly lost and didn’t know what were the next steps. So I did like anyone else should I started to call multiple DUI firms. 99% of these firms gave me different price’s and kept telling me weird things such as “don’t worry about it ,you don’t need to do anything just relax ” which baffled me. Then by chance I found Jeff gold. He told me straight and honest what I did was very wrong and I was likely to serve maximum jail sentence. He took his time explaining every detail with me during my consultation, he also stated that he wanted me to work very hard on myself so I would never do anything like this ever again. He was the first person to be real, he didn’t want to take your money like other firms he wanted to really help me! Honestly that’s the whole point, I rather fix myself as a person then ruin my life with another DUI. Jeff really pointed me to the right direction! I worked extremely hard with AA and other programs that Jeff placed me on. Now months later in may 2022, My first appearance in court. I’m nervous not knowing what to expect. I’m hoping and praying I don’t waste time of my life sitting behind bars. Jeff walked into the court, he was in their for no longer then a hour before he came back out. He reviewed all the charges I was facing which had me sweating then he told me the good news. HE DROPPED ALMOST EVERY CHARGE OR LIGHTEN THE OFFENSE. I was shocked and amazed.I was facing jail time. The hard work he wanted me to do for myself payed off!!! The prosecutor and even the judge stated how impressed they where with my hard working effort. I went in facing jail time, to one day community service and a 3 month program!!! If you really want to change your life and be a completely honest person I would recommend Jeff cold in a heart beat don’t waste your time with other firms!!! Jeff gold is the person you need to call asap! Make a good life choice from the mistake you made and I promise you that it would be all worth it!!! I am so grateful to have had a lawyer like Jeff Gold to help me with my DUI. Be warned, He may seem like a jerk, but he really freaking cares about his clients. If you show that you care about not being a repeat offender, he will return the same attitude. I was very fortunate to have my sentence knocked down substantially because of all the work Jeff pushed me to do. When I first started looking for lawyers, I was so afraid I was going to be ripped off. I had a hard time trusting reviews because I didn't know if they were paid for or even real reviews. I asked Jeff Gold a ton of questions and was still unsure, yet I could feel that Jeff actually cared about his clients which showed me I was in good hands ( Another lawyer called me after i signed the contract and confirmed I had made a good choice). His expectations of me was to do the work and recognize these were the consequences of my actions, yet I can make a real change in my life to never have to go through this process again. He called every week to update me everything he did on his end and made sure I was keeping up my end. Jeff is very much straight to the point and no fluff. Although, I would rather take a lawyer who cares about getting the work done and not fluff up any idealistic outcome than someone who is there to make me feel good and I not be prepared for my hearing. The prosecutor was impressed with Jeff's readiness and ensuring I had all the work to prove my character and commitment to being a safer and sober driver. TRUST HIM! If Jeff says to postpone a hearing... Do it. He is trying to get the best outcome and that means finding the right person to review all the work you have set forth. I was a first time offender, but I could've faced much more serious charges. I evaded and driving under the influence (well above .08), and yet I had my charges dropped down to 1/4 of the fines, 3 month alcohol program, and no jail time. Again.. There are no guarantee of any idealistic outcome. This process forced me to be honest with myself for the first time in a very long time. I was trying to escape the world around me and I almost risked mine and other peoples lives. Use AA to speak your truth how you came to be in this situation and make a change. Because next time, you may not be here to read this review. All of this may seem overwhelming, but just remember to take it one day at a time. You will get through this.

If I could give more than 5 starts I most certainly would. I highly recommend attorney Jeff Gold to anyone that is being charged for a DUI. He is diligent, straightforward, informative, and his communication is superb. Every single week since the day I asked for his services he has checked in on me. I wasn’t in the dark throughout the process and he pulled me out of the dark several times that I tended to put myself in. I was immensely stressed and fearful throughout this. His approach was something I didn’t know I needed but I am so grateful to have received. One thing is for certain, he can only do what he can and trust me he does a great job…the true result will come from what you do on your end. You can only lead a horse to water, you cannot make them drink; I advise you to drink because you are being led well by Mr. Gold. Jeff Gold saved my life. From the very start, Jeff was the only reason I had hope in my situation. His approach made me realize that I didn’t have to live the way I did. He made my family and I believe and have hope. He told me that I can earn trust and show the court I am who I am. Not just my mistake. The entire process of working with Jeff taught me more about life than I have in many years. My life was very uncertain during this time but talking with Jeff constantly helped me realign and keep my eyes set on the goal. The goal was to prove and show that I am a good person and to never get myself in this again. I truly feel like being involved with Jeff is a decision anyone who made the same mistake as me should make because although I wish I hadn’t put myself in this situation, he showed me ugly side of having a good time and why being irresponsible can end not only your life but somebody else’s. When I got my DUI I was completely lost. I’d never been in trouble my entire life and was absolutely terrified. My DUI was in a very conservative county, with 2 enhancements (High BAC and property damage from crashing into the back of a truck), and I had no idea what to expect. It felt like my life and future were ruined forever. Luckily, a friend of a friend referred me to Gold and Witham Jeff Gold gave me the structure and guidance that I needed to navigate the scariest and most uncertain time of my life. With the enhancements I knew my case was going to be a challenge, but Jeff empowered me with tools to take my fear, turn it into fuel, and take actions that not only helped my case, but helped me. For the first time, I was able to move through a difficult and uncertain time without spinning out into anxiety or depression because I knew that despite the enhancements, I was doing everything in my power to prepare for court. Along the way through the Psychological assessment, AA, and sobriety supported by a Scram Ankle monitor I learned things about the person that I have been and more importantly, about the person I want to become. Jeff called me at least weekly to check in on me, not just about how I was doing with my legal ‘homework’, but to make sure I was okay. I never felt alone, and truly felt like Jeff not only cared about my legal well being, but about me as a human. My court outcome was more favorable than I’d dared let myself hope - Jeff was able to resolve my case with no community service, less than the minimum fine, no more than the minimum DMV required education courses, and - most importantly - no jail time. But the best thing to come out of it is the way that I feel about the future. Thanks to Jeff for the first time in years I’m looking forward with excitement and hope. I like the person I’ve become in the past months. I’m grateful for the ways this process has changed me, and am forever thankful to Jeff for being the support and friend I needed when I needed it most.

I had hope never to have need for a lawyer but unfortunately Bankruptcy was a necessity. That being said Sanaz and Chris were both professional and very friendly.
