My experience with JQK Law and John in particular was second to none. From the very first consultation that my Wife and I had, we knew we were in great hands with John. He walked us through the whole process step by step without overwhelming us or stressing us out at any time. He was patient, supportive and above everything else helpful in every aspect of our Journey. I needed help in obtaining my daughter's citizenship. John was wonderful! He listened, understood all the parameters of our case and advised us on the best course of action. I found #John Q. Khosravi (#JQK Law Firm) through a YouTube search as I was looking to clarify few questions pertaining to my Greencard petition. I am from India and have an approved EB2 NIW petition that is up for consular processing at the US consulate in Mumbai. I joined in the free Live Wednesday sessions that John conducts on his YouTube channel to clarify my doubts, and he responded and cleared all of my queries, unlike some other immigration channels I had contacted, but never heard back. John also made sure to answer every question from others in the lobby as they came in order. I also won a free 15 minute consultation with John through this Live session. This was good as I was able to clarify my queries in detail, and again, he answered all of my questions to the point. I have interacted with several immigration lawyers in the US for handling my Greencard case, and my experience has been very bad. This was different with John, especially in terms of response and the interaction. I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised with the prompt response and the clear, to-the-point answers I received. I will like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. John Khosravi for his great advice and counselling on my case. as an individual from Sierra Leone, West Africa Mr. Khosravi gave me some salient points to go by which by myself I wouldn't have figured out. John Khosravi exemplifies what the ideal attorney should be. I know this is the case coming from a multi-generational family of attorneys. He helped us (my wife and I) navigate through the process of a family-based permanent residency request. Our journey began as we were researching the green card process through YouTube, where we stumbled with his channel and we got amazing insights just from his videos including interviewing and finding the right immigration attorney for us. We met with several firms and interviewed about 5 different attorneys and yet we found ourselves wanting to work with him, so despite us being in a different part of the country, we reached out. We found that his fees were more than reasonable and fair and that his firm is very much invested in each one of their clients. We started working with John in early 2021 and during our first interaction, he was genuinely invested in us, so much so that a 15 min call turned into an hour-long memorable conversation. Despite the covid-related impacts on USCIS and timelines, John was an incredible source of support, knowledge, and empathy, and was instrumental in helping us navigate and provide USCIS with all the documents needed, completing forms, providing relevant information, and preparing for every step of the process. Beyond all of this, John went above and beyond to check in with us as we would get anxious as we waited for the next step of the process. I mean, proving to a third party that you love your spouse and your intentions are pure seems challenging in it itself and the timelines being extended certainly did not help, but John was there for us every step of the way. I’m not going to extend the truth by claiming that John is an encyclopedia of legal knowledge, but he is probably not far from being one. I mean, not only did he write the book on Marriage-based permanent residency petitions (literally), but he will also go above and beyond to find the answer to any questions he may not immediately have an answer. I am looking forward, which is almost crazy to think, to our next step in the process as we apply for removal of conditions and eventually US Citizenship, because the prospect of working with John once again, makes us feel safe, empowered, and supported by the best there is. I wish that I could advocate and recommend Attorney John Khosravi more, but nothing will really do justice to meeting him and the opportunity of working with him.

John gave me great help submitting my i-751 and also made me aware of the process of Expeditious Naturalization which will allow me to apply for citizenship while in the UK. This has been a game-changer and is going to save me so much time, hassle and money. I like to do things myself, but John's help was invaluable.

I've contacted immigration lawyer Anna Sergeeva when I needed to expedite my I-131 for advanced parole in order to travel to a scientific conference abroad. The law firm which submitted my underlying I-140 and following I-485 said that this request is "outside of their expertise", leaving me wondering how to deal with the USCIS on my own. Anna carefully explained to me the entire procedure, provided extremely useful tips on supporting documentation and on how to contact my Senator's office. My expedite request got approved by the USCIS (TX) within 7 weeks since I first contacted Anna, which is extremely fast these days,. Looking forward toward attending the conference and traveling overseas - all thanks to Anna!

We needed help expediting visas to help foreign students complete their travel, to exchange wisdom across borders. This review is for a Marriage Based Green Card Application (Czech citizen w/ J1 Visa) If we could give him 10 stars we would. John was amazing- always available, efficient and absolutely worth the money. We called several different attorneys/firms only to feel confused about the process. As soon as we spoke with John we knew he was the one to go with because he was easy to understand and straight forward. The process was smooth and fairly quick (3 months from application to approval). **Length of process may vary depending on USCIS processing/case loads but his expertise definitely helps. You cant go wrong hiring him as your attorney.
