A lawyer who goes above and beyond without a doubt. There are many lawyers out there, but frankly don't waste your time seeking legal advice from anyone other than Joshua Slatkin. He goes to bat for you, and clearly explains the entire process. Best of all he keeps you updated so you're never wondering what's going on with your case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This review is for a Marriage Based Green Card Application (Czech citizen w/ J1 Visa) If we could give him 10 stars we would. John was amazing- always available, efficient and absolutely worth the money. We called several different attorneys/firms only to feel confused about the process. As soon as we spoke with John we knew he was the one to go with because he was easy to understand and straight forward. The process was smooth and fairly quick (3 months from application to approval). **Length of process may vary depending on USCIS processing/case loads but his expertise definitely helps. You cant go wrong hiring him as your attorney.
