When you hire a lawyer for helping you with your green card application you expect them to fill out and file your paperwork; maybe give you advice down the line if something comes up… right? - at least that’s kind of along the lines of what I expected. Luckily, JQK law offered so much more than that. It felt like he really went above and beyond for me - constantly giving me his input and answering my endless anxiety-fueled questions (often not even directly related to my application) - long after he already finished the job I hired him to do (and got paid!) Every last email I sent got answered immediately, even if I sent it in the middle of the night on a Sunday (which I immediately regretted doing when he replied right away haha!) From first hand experience I can tell you that it’s a complete game changer applying for a green card when you have someone in your corner that you know you can rely on, and always come to for help. I am from Slovakia, and applied for a marriage-based green card in San Diego April 2021. I received it in the mail today, February 17th 2022. The process was smooth like butter and I have only JQK law to thank for that! Everyone seeking any kind of help with immigration in the US deserves a lawyer like John / JQK law. I have already recommended his services to a bunch of my foreign friends that are in a similar situation; and will definitely keep on doing so until I run out of friends ..or John retires, whichever comes first! :) I have nothing but positive things to say! My 10-year permanent residency card was about to expire. I consulted John Q. Khosravi about the next steps. He clearly explained the green card renewal and citizenship process. I decided to apply for renewal and naturalization simultaneously, and I hired John to help me with both applications. Even though my case was straightforward, I still had questions about nicknames, travels to my birth country Bangladesh, organizational memberships, etc. John replied to me promptly whenever I had a question and clarified what information was required.
