John is a very thorough professional. He guided us in every step of the process and was always available through emails and calls. He usually responds to our queries within few hours sometimes even few minutes. Our case was far from straightforward and time was very much against us. He helped us stay on top of our case and remained diligent from beginning to end. I called John Khosravi office on April 9th to see if he can help me or at least direct me with my passport issue I have had with LA passport office.
