I was very pleased with the legal team at Wisner Baum. From our first phone consultation, everything was explained to me in terms I could easily understand. Although there were bumps along the way, I felt like the overall case was seamless. This is mainly due to our paralegal, Danielle. Danielle was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was highly sensitive and supportive throughout the case. She made herself available to speak with me at any hour of the day or night—and I do mean ANY hour. Danielle made certain I was aware of what was happening during all of the phases of the case and listened to all of my concerns. As a matter of fact, I would reach out to her during the heights of trauma (from the circumstances of the case) to ask for her help. She always patiently and compassionately obliged. Many times I wanted to throw in the towel because it felt like too much to deal with, on top of what I was already dealing with, as a result of the damages incurred from the defendant in our case. I am so thankful that Danielle encouraged me to hang in there. The judgment was definitely worth all of the effort put forth into the case!
