Patrick and his staff are very proffessional competent, effective, highly motivated, creative, strategic and result driven. He represented me against a high income earner and a title company in a support case. Although I felt like the little man or underdog against them, he made me feel like a giant! He's a shark when he needs to be but actually an attorney with a heart that cares. He was an advocate and fought for what was in the best interest of my two children and prevailed. Their lives have been blessed because of his results. Patrick is excellent at his craft! Not only has he been my attorney, but 17 years later I can honestly call him a friend and someone that cares about my children.

Patrick wasn't my first lawyer but he was my last. I was constantly being bullied by my son's father. Patrick came into the case and he pushed back. After that, there was no more bullying. I was thrilled with the results and glad to have Patrick on my side supporting me. I highly recommend him.

When I first met Patrick I was scared to death - my husband had just filed for divorce and I was clueless as to how to proceed. My life was upside down. In just a few months Patrick helped me not only to right myself but also to loose the fear that had paralyzed me. He helped me to believe in my own, genuine, reality, not my husband's. I hired Patrick after getting a terrible result in court with my first lawyer. We developed a plan together. I felt my opinion mattered. We hired the experts we needed to implement the plan. My ex was very difficult. But we stayed the course and finally forced her to settle when she knew we weren't backing down and we had the case better prepared than she did. And after we settled, Patrick followed through to the point where my ex had to pay me sanctions, twice, for what she refused to do that was court ordered. I give Patrick five stars for his efforts and the results.

Mr. DeCarolis and his associate, Ms. Dyok, took over my case after I was had to discharge my former counsel for not getting the job done. They were able to get my ex found guilty of several counts of contempt for his failure to pay support. And those are very difficult cases to win! My ex's attempts to set aside the court's judgment were also defeated by Patrick and his team. My ex spent several days in jail and is still performing his 700+ hours of community service. When Patrick took me under his wing for the first time in my marriage I felt empowered. Finally, I felt my ex couldn't push me around any more. Moreover I always felt like I knew what was going on with my case. All my concerns were listened to and all my questions answered. Everyone in the office was very nice and attentive as well.

Patrick was great! He put together a fair settlement that couldn't be argued. It settled in an extremely timely manner. Everyone involved was taken care of. There was no children involved so this helped. I was able to keep my house and my business and a fair support was negotiated. Every one walked away satisfied on both sides. His staff was exemplary, everyone took care of business in a timely fashion. For something that can be so devastating, his calm and dedication to our case was a blessing. Although my actual divorce dragged on for over 3 years, it was by no fault of Mr. DeCarolis. I was in a terrible and complicated situation with my ex husband. Mr. DeCarolis and his team were 100% available. I had absolutely no clue where to start with the proceedings. Mr. DeCarolis was patient, and extremely helpful. I didn't need hand holding, but I needed easy to understand explanations, and that's exactly what I got. When it came time to get an order for support, Mr. DeCarolis wasted no time and got me the highest amount possible (less than 5 months!). I was expecting Mr. DeCarolis to be smart and assertive because I knew I needed that for my case, and he came highly recommended from another lawyer.
