Josh is not only an exceptional lawyer; he is also a great human being who looks out for members of his community—from his clients to his fellow plaintiffs’ attorneys. I have known Josh for almost a decade; his professionalism has always impressed me, and his kindness is second to none. But, make no mistake, when he is representing his clients, his advocacy is aggressive and effectuates real change. Over the years, Josh and I have shared speaking engagements together, and I am consistently wowed by his level of insight and his willingness to share his knowledge with others. Joshua handled my troublesome wrongful termination case from the beginning and brought it to an amicable resolution without the need for litigation.
