I received a notice from my bank that there was a levy on all of my accounts from a contested $376 Citibank transaction from over 15 years ago. It had snow balled to $11,000. I’m just a psych nurse who works the nightshift caring for patients too compromised with mental illness to remain at Twin Towers. Sanaz was careful to never let me feel ashamed or judged. She explained everything in ways that I could understand and calmed my down from my own panic attacks, really. Her and Chris worked around my crazy asleep all day schedule yet remained incredibly prompt. I know that couldn’t have been easy. What was easy was trusting her. We managed to get everything done electronically I never missed one shift at the hospital. Persistent? She negotiated my case down by just over 68% stopped the harassment and even gave me back something for being a healthcare professional. I recommend her to colleagues friends and family. Attorney Sarah Bereliani met with us at the initial meeting to discuss about our debt situation including filing BK Chpt 7- Her staff were very attentive, experienced and professional as they answered all of our questions/concerns during these stressful times. After getting all the documents and info we filed for BK chpt 7 and then had a 301 meeting with the Federal Court trustee about a month later. Before the 301 telephonic call she went over the possible questions that we would be asked so we had an idea during our 301 meeting. Actually our attorney Sarah Bereliani was also on the call listening to our conversation and would back us up in case there was any questions that was not clear to us. Everything went well, as her and her staff helped us well prepared for our BK case to be discharged which took place in a timely manner- Little over 2 months after our 301 meeting. We have since been monitoring our credit report and the attorney has followed up and stated that if there are any other issues/questions she would be involved to resolve it. This is a very warm feeling that this attorney cares, shows compassion and has a great track record in term of representing BK cases. We would strongly recommend her and her staff for anyone looking for a very credible, professional legal representation.
