I was fed up with my lemon 2013 BMW 5 series. I was so unsure if I should go to Zolan but after reading all these reassuring reviews I Gave it a shot. This was an extremely frustrating process that Adam and his team made painless and easy. Hopefully I don't have to go through this again but I know I'm in good hands regardless

Adam helped me tremendously. If you have a lemon car, use Zolonz & Associates. I was debating if I should use the CA Lemon Law to seek reimbursement for my lemon car. I looked into selling my car privately, and with the problems my car had, I would have been lucky to get $12,000 - $13,000 based on what similar cars were selling for on craigslist. Adam filed a few papers, talked to the car dealer and in a couple weeks I received a check for over $24,000! All without paying a single dollar to Adam (the car manufacturer paid him separateIy). Great knowledgeable Lemon Law attorney! I was having numerous issues with my 4 year old Chevrolet Cruze with 40K miles. It was constantly in and out of the dealership since new. Initially I did not think it would be classified as a "lemon" due to the mileage, and the dealer always fixed and covered the repairs under warranty. After receiving many unsolicited letters from random law offices in the mail, I decided to hit up yelp and consult a lemon law specialist attorney. My searching led me to Zolonz & Associates. I contacted the firm and received a call back from Adam himself a couple hours later. He requested all my documents; I could have faxed them but i opted to meet him in person(only visit I made). Adam reviewed and accepted my case with no out of pocket fee. I received constant updates, and after a few short months I received word that GM has offered to settle. Adam was able to get all my money back I paid for the car including my initial down payment, GM paid off my car, and took it off my hands. The good thing is GM pays the attorney fees and is not taken out of the settlement. I was not sure if I should go to Adam at first place until read all the reviews from online, which turns out all the reviews are true and Adam is the most amazing attorney I have met. He is efficient and personal. Received a check from my vehicle maker in less than 3 months. I am very happy about the outcome and would definitely recommend Adam to all my friends.

If you are looking to get rid of that annoying lemon vehicle you have in a quick, simple, and hassle free way, well look no further. Adam was an amazing lemon law attorney throughout the whole process. He was able to get Ford to buyback my 2014 Ford Focus within 2 months! These are the steps we went through (your steps may be a little different ours): 1. Called to get consultation 2. Agreed to start procees 3. Signed agreement 4. Sent all reciepts (invoives) from dealership to Adam 5. Sent bank statements to proof every payments, and provided copy of car registration to Adam 6. Adam sends documents to manufacture 7. We recieved a breakdown of buyback option (keep in mind they may give you less based on the miles you first took vehicle in for the problem, and for negative equity on the trade-in. So may still owe) 8. We accepted buyback 9. Adam did his thing 10. Manufacture called us to drop off car, and sign paperwork (also, be aware that they will try to take away more based on damages to the car, including small scuffs, scratches, amd dents. Worst case scenario, (it's BS, but...) they will ask you to repair all damages before buyback.) 11. It was taken away from our hands. No more worries! We are happy with the results, and the level of professionalism by Adam Zolonz. We will go to him again if we ever come accross another lemon vehicle. Thank you once again, Adam!

Adam was a very pleasant attorney to work with. He made things very simple. I told him my case, signed a letter of agreement, sent him my repair documents with a few other docs needed. Within about a week we had a response from the car manufacturer. I never spent one dime out-of-pocket, not even for a stamp. Adam has a good rapport with the auto manuf. rep, so things went quite easily and smooth. I was offered a few different choices to resolve the issue. Counting from day-one, I received a check in about 6 weeks and the case was closed. Adam definitely knows the lemon laws and what can reasonably be expected. I refer anyone who may have an issue to atleast allow Adam to listen to you to see if you have a valid case. It will not cost you anything, and Adam will pretty much know upfront if you have a valid case, or not. Thank you so, so much Adam.

Adam is your best choice on the fight for your lemon car. Please believe me. I have had gone through 2 big law firms (and both of them denied my case) before I researched online and found Adam. My car had been at dealers more than 3 times for the same problem with my dashboard system. I was frustrated for the fact that I had a lemon car and I knew that I was protected under lemon law, but my case had been rejected until I talk to Adam. One thing I like best about Adam is that he is so responsive. I just gave him a message on his webpage, and within 15 minutes he called me back immediately. He is also reachable. He also give you his own cell phone number so that you can contact him easily without being through his assistant. One more thing, he explains everything. Yeah I mean it, everything from how you and your car protected by the lemon law. How it is processed, how long you have to wait to get your money back, etc. Believe me, I am not a native speaker. Sometimes, I could not understand the process completely but I know I can trust him, and I did. He never let his clients down. Yeah, I had had driven my lemon car and dragged my car back and forth to the dealer for 6 months, and within less than 2 months after contacting Adam, he told me the good news that my car was refunded. I understand it is a very consuming time process, however, Adam made it so quick. One last thing that, he does NOT charge you any penny. So, have a lemon car? Then call Adam immediately.
