When I purchased my new 2018 Ram 1500 two years ago, I began having issues with the truck on the first day. From that day, the truck kept having more issues upon more issues. When the engine blew at around 9,000 miles, I attempted to contact Fiat/Chrysler customer retention team. They kept giving me the runaround and not wanting to purchase the truck back. By this time, the truck had been at the dealer for about 30 days total with about 20 plus service tickets. Fiat/Chrysler did not want to purchase the truck back and kept giving me the runaround and saying, "you should be happy, you have a new engine, it's a new truck again". Fiat/Chrysler offered me two months of payments but did not want to buy the truck back. I was so frustrated and I began looking for a lemon law attorney. I was highly recommended to Adam Zolonz, Lemon Law Attorney. Adam was professional and understanding of the situation. Adam took this personal as if he owned the truck himself. He assured me that everything would be ok and we had a good case. Let me tell you, I felt relieved and happy to have called Adam. Like Adam first told me at the beginning, we won the case and Fiat/Chrysler purchased the truck back. What a relief. You would never think to be writing a 5* review for legal services but their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-centric services warrant this review. Found them thanks to google/yelp reviews, put my contact into their form & 5 mins later received a call with a full explanation of procedure and steps. 1 week later they accepted my case and 4 months later I returned my lemon-ed car and received all my money deposited to my checking account. Talk about speedy service and customer satisfaction. If you've got a car with issues and are considering a buy back then look no further, these are the guys to go to. If I could give Adam and his team more then five stars I would! I highly recommend them! Where do I even start? After 3! Yes 3 cases I filed by myself with gm personally for my 2016 Chevy Malibu car. For within the first 6 months the pistons shattered the top of the engine, it had to be rebuilt. The car was shaking and Ticking and in and out of the dealership service department since I got it. With them constantly saying “ we can’t replicate it” The headliner started leaking above my kids car seats and took more then 2 months to get replaced. The car COMPLETELY shut off while I was driving TWICE! Sooo much was wrong with that car. And of course gm denied all 3. Gm not caring one bit of there customers safety even tho I kept telling them it was unsafe for me and the kids to be in there. So then I called Adam Zolonz after finding him through yelp and the internet with all his good reviews. And I’m soooo glad I did. I told him everything that was wrong and he went after gm! He made it sooo fast and easy and the best part... he got me more then I ever expected! I just wanted the car taken back by gm. Adam was able to have them buy it back and pay me for everything I put in and extra. Adam and his team are the best! Trust them and they won’t let you down. Going to start by saying Adam and his team are the best in business. Had soo many problems with my 2018 amg and was getting tired and annoyed from my dealer. Adam made sure i got my money back and he was available the entire process, he even gave me his personal cell number. Name a lawyer that does that!!! Adam and the team thank you sooo much I appreciate what you've done.
