I bought my car from CarMax in December of 2013. After my 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LTZ kept having engine trouble on a regular basis and taking it to the dealership would result in frustrating me further, I finally looked up an attorney. I found Adam Zolonz and called. He was very helpful, straight to the point, and fair. Eventually Adam recovered nearly all of what I had paid for the car. After 4 months I ended up in my brand new, custom 2019 Subaru Impreza Premium with eye sight. Thank you, Adam.

Adam has represented me twice already and I have had successful outcomes in both. The first time was a brand new with transmission problems and the second one was a certified preowned and it took more time but their team was able to get everything sorted out. Great experience with Adam, he made stuff super simple. I didn't have to do anything other than scan a few documents to him. Another lawyer I had checked with previously said I had no case for my car but Adam said we did, we got a very fair settlement for the vehicle and Adam did his best to give us a deal on his fees. I would highly recommend using Adam for any lemon law issues, I will be back in the future should I ever need to do this again. I reached out to Mr. Zolonz after a long ordeal with a car manufacturer that seemed to be unable to fix a problem they created when I brought the car in for service. From the outset, Mr. Zolonz listened intently, and was straight to the point and very honest the entire time when dealing with me. Even though his initial instinct was that it would be a tough case to win (to which I agreed), he promised me that he would do his very best and fight diligently to reach the outcome that I had desired. He did not disappoint with his performance, or reaching the desired outcome. From the time I signed the retainer form, Mr. Zolonz was easy to reach, always took time to speak to me, and explained every step of the process to me in detail. In the end, I was the prevailing party, and I am certain it is because Mr. Zolonz and his staff (namely the wonderful Miss Jessica) worked extremely hard on my behalf. Some advice, when dealing with Mr. Zolonz (and any other attorney), be sure to have all documentation on hand pertinent to your case. Service records, any notes you have regarding service appointments, names of whom you had dealt with at the service center, contract of sale (or lease), and car registration. By getting all of these together, you will save yourself and Mr. Zolonz a great deal of time in preparation of your case. I would absolutely recommend that you consult with Mr. Zolonz regarding your Lemon Law claim. He is an excellent attorney, knows his field inside out, and works tirelessly and cohesively with his team for his clients to prevail. 5 / 5 without a doubt. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, and it had issues from the beginning. I contacted 3 legal services regarding my case, and one attorney did not accept my case because Toyota is one of the most litigious dealerships out there. I chose to go with Zolonz & Associates, because Adam was honest and straightforward from the get go. The other group that wanted my case told me about the possibility of additional legal fees that I'd have to pay for if they won the case. With Adam, there were no fees, period. Everyone I was in contact with at the office responded quickly, and they were on top of everything. Adam not only won my case, but he got me all the money I put into the car (down payment & all monthly payments). If you even THINK your car may be a lemon, call Adam. 12/04/2019 After Toyota purchased back my Tacoma, I decided to buy a brand new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. It drove fine for about 2-3 months, and then a persistent rattling noise developed inside the dash by the steering wheel when the vehicle accelerated. Three dealerships failed to fix the issue, so I turned to Adam, again.. What are the odds of getting two lemons, especially back to back?! I submitted the paperwork to him and his team, and they took care of the rest. Adam was very upfront when discussing what my options were, considering I had waited so long to report any issues. In the end, I decided to settle for a lot more than I initially thought I'd get. Two valuable lessons: 1. Never purchase a vehicle after they remodel / redesign it. Both the Tacoma and Crosstrek were new models. 2. Adam and his team don't mess around. They are straight business and get the job done. From both my experiences, I've seen they look out for the best interest of the client before anything else.
