Great customer service!! Benjamin was able to help us with a lemon case with Nissan. He kept us updated thoughout the entire process and was very professional. Benjamin speaks Spanish which was a plus for us as my husband's English is limited. Definitely recommend The Beck Law Office if you are in need of a lemon attorney.

Benjeman Beck from The Beck Law Office gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Benjeman was professional and very informative! I walked into this situation of having a “lemon” with no idea on what to do or where to go and he was always so much help! I never felt uncomfortable and always felt like my concerns were being heard! I was completely dismissed over and over by my dealership. Every time I came to them with the issue of my car turning off while driving it I felt completely defeated. Throughout the process of our 6 hour deposition I felt comfortable knowing if I needed the support he was there! As a single mom to three kids I felt terrified for my children’s safety, and got to the point where I didn’t even want to drive my car anymore, so I decided to find and attorney and I’m so glad I was pointed in the right direction! We recently had the need to engage with Benjeman Beck of Beck Law Office. Throughout the process of having a manufacture buy back a lemon car, Ben was attentive, asked many questions, answered more questions and was able to explain processes succinctly. Ben proved to have a strong knowledge of the law (and case law) in this area. He was able to direct us in a way that was fair to the manufacture and resolution was quickly achieved. Ben also had plan B in mind in case resolution was not quick. We are thankful to have found him and will recommend him highly at any opportunity.

No reservations whatsoever! My case was for a Dodge breach of warranty. It definitely was not an easy case, but Mr. Beck made it look like it was at court. After a year and a half, my case went to court and I won after a very short deliberation. He was flawless in court. The Defense team even included one of the senior partners, but that didn't phase Mr. Beck at all. Mr. Beck is an exceptional researcher and a strong fighter in court. He was very prepared and confident throughout. Once my case was assigned to Mr. Beck, he kept in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on the process up to the court date, and each day in court. He provided sound advice and counsel throughout my case. At court, one of the Defense lawyers tried to strike up a personal conversation with me, and he shut that down quick. He ensured everything was maintained on a professional level. But, between lawyer-client discussions, he is a man that is down to earth, makes you comfortable to talk to, and even humorous. Very relatable. During the court proceedings, he presented the facts clearly and succinctly, and proved he was ready to take on the top team of Defense lawyers. He also explained to me what court was going to be like, to include being on the stand. His explanation made me feel comfortable. Although being on the stand isn't easy for most people, and nerves still crept up once I was being questioned, I relaxed pretty quickly since Mr. Beck was spot on with what to expect. He went over questions the Defense would most likely bring up, so I was definitely prepared on the stand. His demeanor was also exceptional. Always calm, never raised his voice in anger or hesitated. Never looked like he was "lost" (e.g. not looking for documents, or awkward pauses, etc.) that entire week in court. Well spoken, professional, and well-prepared. I had the perfect lawyer going to bat for me and my family. We were lucky to have Mr.Beck as our lawyer!
