Aaron McAllister is an outstanding attorney. From my own experience I delt with a serious legal matter that Mr.McAllister assisted me with my case. Not only did I receive great support from him and his team but he was able to get my charges down to almost 20yrs in prison to just probation and classes to attend. David Garcia collaborated with my case and with his help I won this case from a vehicle accident that I have been battling with for the last 2 years that injured my lower back and with his help I was also able to get my medical treatments in a timely manner. We contacted the ILOLA in mid-April to inquire regarding our case. We were instantly connected to Atty. Linda for consultation, and we were very happy to know about their services that would fit into our situation. We decided to hire them for our AOS journey. Her team is very kind, promising, well-organized, and super professional, even though we are in the early stages of preparing the filing. The team consistently guided us and was very patient in answering all of our queries. We filed the I-130, I-485, and I-765 in early July; within the same month, my I-765 was approved. Yet ANOTHER 5 star review for these folks! We started the process for my wife's green card two years ago and were lucky to be in a very favorable position for the application but that didn't mean that it didn't take time and jumping through strange and sudden hoops. Linda, Winston, Pedro, Arturo and the whole team at ILO were always expert and highly expedient at keeping our concerns at bay. Email responses came almost instantly and at one point my wife said their quick replies probably kept her from getting an ulcer! They were professional and friendly and always made us feel like we were seen - we never felt like our case was ever off their radar. We would genuinely and whole-hearted recommend this team and feel lucky that they happened to be the first immigration lawyers that we called.
