I never do a five stars reviews but they are actually that good, the very responsive and detailed, we had a bit complicated situation with our lease and there was no problem with them to produce supporting documents and help us with the case. Interview preparation was very helpful and I found all answers to my question. Everything was so fast I am holding my green card after few months since apply, and I can enjoy my life with my wonderful wife!

Winston is my immigration lawyer during the past few years. He started his work by dealing with H1b transfer at the beginning, then H1b extension and finally green card application. Winston always has a full check-list for all kinds of required documents and make sure all of the them prepared in a good shape and delivered on the right time. And he tracked everything closely and took actions accordingly. You never worry about missing anything. I would like to give Winston a 5star and highly recommend others to try their immigration related service such as work Visa and green card application. My husband and I would love to thank the entire team at ILOLA. Juan worked closely with us from the initial phone consultation in July 2021 to the day I received my greencard this month, March 2022. He was very swift with replies whenever we emailed with questions and he made sure to address and explain any concerns we had in great detail. Linda was amazing and very helpful when it came to me putting together the documents I needed to file. I didn’t have some of them but she put together a list of other documents that would suffice and that helped take the burden off because I was panicking and thought I might not be able to file. As soon as my husband and I got everything together, we sent it to the team and our application was submitted in September 2021.. Everything moved so fast after that. We had our interview scheduled for December 2021. We went for the interview with Arthur, who was also very amazing and professional. We had talked to him on the phone before the interview and he helped us prepare. He answered all questions we had and eased our nervousness. After the interview, we got an RFE notice and I started imagining the worst but again the team at ILOLA stepped in and handled everything and assured us it will all be well. The additional evidence was submitted in January 2022 and in March 2022, we got the approval notice together with my Greencard. I am happy we made the choice to have ILOLA on our side because they made the whole AOS process easy for us and we look forward to working with them when it’s time to remove the conditions. I’d recommend ILOLA to anyone with any immigration concern. They’re friendly, professional and they get the work done.
