Suck big time never meet the lawyer or the case manager but I will tell you this if I did get into another car accident this company wouldn't even get a ring from me. 1st off I don't understand why a case manager won't return texts messages, they are getting over big time never been in a car accident that would require me to used a lawyer (I should of done more research on lawyers) in the beginning Rita m . Ramirez was talking about me and my daughter case she only reach out maybe 3 time without me reaching out 1st so if I don't text her she won't text me I have to reach out and asked all type of questions been waiting on a check to come for about 10 days now she claim it would come in 7 day texted told her it never came asked if I could have it direct deposit no reply even gave her my daughter who was in the accident number no call no text no email nothing so I guess it's whatever now I get she have other clients but damn who am I? This is the worst experience ever with any case worker for an car accident wonder who gonna take forever with the sentiment check her too..... ugh I'm so over this company her and whoever else she work for.

I did receive the full policy limits of other person's insurance. Returned emails and phone calls. Good communication. I was led to believe I would receive help with Doctor appointments and physical therapy. I had to advocate for myself on that end. I Endured extreme pain with no relief in the hospital even up to 4-5 months later. I feel there could have been better negotiation with the amount of money that was paid back to my insurance company out of my settlement.

They were on-point the entire time and got me more than three times what the insurance company originally offered me.

The professional and personal care that everyone in your firm extended me has been beyond compare. You all have taken a very stressful situation and made it bearable. They helped me out a lot

I currently contracted them to handle my case. Pretty open and shut case. My first case manager had the worst attitude on our first call for someone who should be trying to assist me. Forget the name but she was not nice. So I told them I'll look elsewhere for help but then Sylvia took over my case and called and assured me that she would be handling everything. And not to worry. Here we are a month later and no update, no calls, when I send texts she replies the next day or day after. So upset that I stuck with them. I would reccomend that you DO NOT USE ADAMSON & ADOOT as your accident lawyers.

my lawyer was Arash and I worked with maria and genesis. They worked very diligently on my case always answered and my questions. Dealing with Arash he always let me know was going on and eventually got a settlement. It was great working all three of them.

I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs a professional knowledgeable lawyer who cares about their clients. We had a tragic experience, my 9-year-old son's dad was killed by a drunk driver. I called a shared website by several different firms. I'm so grateful that Jacqueline reached me first. She was very kind and helpful. They worked hard trying to learn if the driver had insurance. Of course, there isn't any amount of money in the world that could compensate for our loss. I remember Thank calling me letting me one morning, explaining it had been a few months and that they were unable to find any insurance information or anything else for that matter. She explained they would be meeting the following morning and they had planned on discussing my case to see if there was any way they could help us. At the end of the same day, she called again with excitement. She said, "The truck he was driving had full coverage insurance ". She was so happy for our family. They handled our case so professionally and they always made sure I understood every process each step of the way.
