I was involved in a vehicle collision with an Amazon delivery van where the Amazon driver was deemed at fault. I have to admit I have a TBI so I have memory issues. Despite this Eean Boles had the patience of a Saint. He worked hard for me, especially when I had no understanding, and was able to take me through the steps of this process. With as little stress as possible I might add.
