I am extremely thankful with this law firm especially with Alejandra Payan and Alan Ad hoot. They were my guardian angels God send them to me in a time of need. They were always comprehensive and respectful with me and my wife. She always treated us as part of her family not just another client she is every minute days nights weekend shes like my daughter worry for her parents health The whole process through the ups and downs. She and the lawyer Alan Ahdoot were always a call away and very thoughtful through our surgeries and recovery process . This was a stressful situation and they have become in a way a part of my family and will always remain in our hearts. She fought and pursued for what we deserved and they won us a 7 figure settlement and without them this would not have been possible. When I first read reviews for this firm all I noticed was that Alex was the person to have on your case but when mine was assigned I did not initially have her as my case manager and was bummed based on the reviews. (I remember thinking how does a person go about having her assigned but I wasn’t going to ask because I’m sure everyone here does a great job) Currently my case is still in the works but recently my assigned case manager decided to leave. I only found out about it when I sent an email and got an auto reply stating he was going to explore other career choices. I called immediately and I spoke with one of the partners. He assured me my case would be reassigned. That same day maybe within minutes I got a call from Alex (THE Alex) she assured me my case was still being worked and that she would taking it over. Let me just say she is the BEST! She’s incredibly responsive, answers all of my questions and is on top of everything. She’s professional but personable at the same time. I have such confidence that this firm can help me reach a fair settlement all because she’s on my side.

You need to be sure of this firm. We went on reviews and that was our mistake. From start to end a disappointment. We never spoke to a Attorney start to finish. Promised things that never happened. Sent us to their doctors that were a joke. I did so much work myself because our case worker didn't. I won't go into details but please do your homework before doing Bussiness with them. Your settlement depends on it. Ours did and we were shocked at the end. Make no mistake they got their money plus a lot of charges we don't understand. Folks with what we got we could have settled with insurance company ourselves. We feel ball was dropped with us. We are older and my husband is a navy veteran. The bottom line is they didn't put our interest first or fight for us. I'm a real person and this is a real review as seen by our picture. Make sure your bottom line depends on it. We were told totaly different amount than we finished with. Overall dealing with this group was depressing and stressful. . I just don't want any other seniors go thur what we did.
