Dimitriy was referred to me involving a wrongful death law suit. This was a difficult time in my life due to the loss of my mom. After speaking with him he drove from Los Angeles and met with me near my home in Orange County . I hired him right away because of his compassion for the law and for me and my family. From day one he was always in constant commmunucation with me and I knew he was working very hard and putting in countless hours . Dmitriy Cherepinkiy took on a very difficult personal injury case for me against two fraudulent medical practitioners who had caused me great personal trauma. A few years ago I was involved in a ridiculous malpractice accusation. Dmitriy was assigned to my legal defense case. He actually visited my practice and we held a long and resourceful discussion. I immediately got the feeling that I had someone smart backing me up, both legally and morally, and that put my mind at ease. Contrary to other legal cases, I never had to skip valuable work hours or days in dealing with putting the defense material together, arranging expert witness testimonies, meetings and court appearances. He was orchestrating everything for me, armed with an efficient method of communication. Jump two years, thanks to his and his team's relentless defense tactics, the case was dropped, rather thrown out. I want to mention a very essential point though. He was always available, always responsive, and always ran every single step the defense was taking by me, carefully explaining the options, weighing the consequences, and giving me advice, but still allowing me to take the final decisions. He is honest, well educated, and I particularly appreciated his running a hard bargain with the opposition. Hopefully the day never comes, but I know I will have the best if and when I face another legal challenge in ANY arena in the future.

I was a witness in the case where Attorney Dmitriy Cherepinskiy was on the defense side. The case seemed to be impossible to win but he did it!
