Dmitriy Cherepinskiy took on a case of bedsores (stage 2) that two other firms said "no" they would not look into it or take the case. Dmitriy said he would look into the case and if he felt there was a case, he who take it on. My 84-year-old mother broke her hip in Dec. 2020 and went to a skilled nursing facility that stopped services due to lack of progress (i.e., the surgeon wouldn't change the weight baring restriction) and they put her on private care and didn't change her position or do PT or OT, thus when the surgeon removed the weight baring restriction, I moved her to another skilled nursing facilities. The first phone call I received was that she had stage 2 bedsores and another one that looked like it had been worst but was now scabbed over so hard to tell what level it had been. Dmitriy pulled all the records and reviewed them and fought for my mother. The settlement would have helped provide the home care my mother needed once she returned home but, sadly, she passed away shortly after getting home. Our family always felt the lack of care and attention in the first nursing home caused her decline. We have nothing but praise for what Mr. Cherepinskiy did for us and how he was about to put closure to the case in a short amount of time, as we were dealing with our grief. Dmitriy guided us through the process of the settlement and other legalities needed to close the lawsuit. We are forever grateful to him for all he did for our mother and has done for our family.
