Negin Yamini is a terrific lawyer. She is super smart, easy to reach, confident and calm under pressure, but most of all she is honest and has a big heart. She truly cares about her clients and hates corrupt attorneys. She and her associate, Jae, are methodical and professional in their preparation and don't let anything slip through their fingers. I have to say that Negin is an amazing attorney. I hired her after letting my previous attorney go because it literally took me weeks just to get a hold of him. Negin was always prompt and diligent in getting back to me and relaying all the progress of my case. Courageous and Effective Restraining Order Advocate. Negin Yamini got a TRO dissolved in a “stalking” case brought by my former partner after an awkward breakup. After interviewing me and reviewing the Petition, Negin assessed the case as without substantial merit. After efforts to settle the case were rebuffed, she encouraged and thoroughly coached me to testify at a four-hour trial, during which she effectively cross-examined my partner’s testimony. She developed a persuasive narrative theme of my case and facilitated my testimony despite objections and hostile cross-examination by the other lawyer.
