I don’t often find myself with my professional license in jeopardy… But when I do, I call the Law Office of Negin Yamini. -L

I worked with Negin Yamini earlier this year due to the fact that I had to file restraining orders. I was very happy with the outcome. She was also very patient on the last court hearing date that lasted a point time before it got to my case. I wrote a Yelp review for her shortly after. She is truly a caring attorney you can trust. I called a few attorneys before deciding to work with Negin. She’s not thirsty as most attorneys are . I believe Negin Yamini is honest, ethical and caring. It’s really important to hire an attorney who cares about you as a client. She has empathy, ethics and a justice trigger. This is a great combination for an attorney. I contacted Negin again about 5 months ago. This was after I finished working with her. I needed her advice. She did not hesitate to help and she did not even charge me. You’re not just a number. I already knew this about her. I also absolutely love how much she cares about justice and she’s generous with her time and expertise. I contacted her again last week and she shared her expertise. I again offered to pay, but she wouldn’t accept payment. She truly is a kind and generous attorney. She is smart both as an attorney and a business lady who knows how to interact with clients and run her business. Her team is also very organized and professional. This is also really important. Negin Yamini has proven to be reliable, organized, trustworthy, patient and caring. Once you hire her, you have an attorney who has your back.

Ms. Yamini was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the request for a restraining order against my husband dismissed. He was accused of things that he didn't do and in fact were made up. She also pointed out to the judge that the case was actually about a dispute regarding the property line. She reassured us when we felt doubtful about our case due to the plaintiff's false accusations against my husband . She felt strongly that the court would see through the false accusations which they did and that's was because of the way Ms. Yamini presented our case and her cross examination of the plaintiff. We're grateful for her taking our case.

I called Negin after speaking to my 'MAIN LAWYER" a couple of days before having that instinctual feeling I should get a second opinion. I found her practice on YELP buried amongst several other criminal defense attorneys who handle domestic violence charges, and my RELIEF, Negin was available after hours and took my call. She advised me not to spend any money on a lawyer until after the arraignment, and she would investigate the status of my case the next day. She gave me three ways the arraignment would play out and advised me to wait until then to hire her. We just spoke, and she followed through on her commitment to check on my case. I had three weeks to find an attorney and waited until the last minute, three days before my arraignment. In the future, please don't wait to call an attorney like I did!! I believe in honesty and integrity, and when I needed the services of a criminal lawyer I was overwhelmed in trying to find the right person that I could rely on during some  of the hardest times I have experienced in my life. Negin Yamini and her legal team met every expectation and excelled at leading the preparations for a defense that would expose the truth and preserve my sense of justice and peace of mind. The very first conversation with Ms Yamini was an immediate confirmation that she was the right lawyer for me and my case. I had interviewed a number of other attorneys, and none of them could provide me with the confidence and compassion to my unique cases as she did. Fortunately, the DA filling agent rejected the case based on the lack of credibility of the accuser.  Since I can not attest to Ms Yamin's skills in the courtroom, I will only say that working with her initially was  highly mentionable in a review. I would recommend her to family and friends, and will continue to work with her and her team in the future should I need her counsel. I also wanted to mention that as I was searching for an attorney, I came across another review that wasn’t as favorable, and as a critically thinking adult I read through it carefully and was able to see that it was someone's experience, but was also overly exaggerated, based on the persons clear objective to tarnish a professionals reputation. Interesting that I came to her with a similar situation, although it wasn’t just a review, it was a criminal charge.  I think in a world where the internet will post and magnify content that individuals can spread without concern or a sense of personal accountability, reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt.
