We hired David Poblete to represent my boyfriend in sentencing after a faulty lawyer had mislead us, causing him to lose a jury trial. What a breath of fresh air. Mr Poblete was everything we had dreamed of in a criminal defense lawyer. He was always available to talk over the phone, exceeded our expectations reading over the entire case and trial, and taught us so much about law. I was Blessed to have found David Poblete to represent me in my case. Davids knowledge made it clear that he took the time to do his homework on other case rulings that could effect the outcome of my personal case. He taught me a lot about the legal system. David helped me with a DUI that wasn't finished for a few years. When I contacted him and explained my case he went to the court, gathered all information needed to complete my case and even had my DUI classes transferred to the new state I live in for me. I had impossible case facts to deal with. The ordeal is over, thank god... So I don't mind making the facts public. I had a charge of Sales, as I had sold to a Undercover Police Officer in the city of Alhambra. I had three felony counts I was facing with Jail Time and priors. David actually came to my home on a few occasions to go over my case with me personally. He really took the time to listen, and translated that into a defense that yielded a real bite. There was a Miranda Violation in my case, and he was successful in proving that. As a result, lot's of the evidence was thrown out. There is so much that goes into effectively representing a client. David has all the qualities you would want in a Lawyer, he fights vigorously, extremely knowledgeable, personable, extremely competitive, assertive, and he really seems to care. If I were to find myself in the same situation, I would not hesitate to hire David again. Dave really believed we had a fighting chance on the case, even though I thought we should take a plea. I'm glad I listened to my Attorney - we hung the jury, then took a plea to 1 count, probation only - no jail time. Nobody should go to jail for a plant, by the way.

David is one of the best attorneys around! He is very thorough and always answered all my questions and was always on time to court. I had a felony charge and he managed to get me a misdemeanor and with my record it wasn't a easy thing to do. I would use him again and would recommend all my friends and family to use his services.
