I contacted Mr. Blady recently about a possible work-place retaliation case. I'm a single mother and could not leave the position I was in, even though it was taking a huge toll on my health. I spoke with Ben over the phone and he was so calm, respectful, and helpful. We met at his office not long after our phone conversation. I brought all of the documents I had and a timeline of the incidents in question. He looked through everything, asked questions, listened, and most of all was compassionate. I can't tell you how nervous I was to even seek out a lawyer, let alone sit in the office contemplating a lawsuit. Ben made me feel comfortable and safe. I needed that. He gave me great advice, both in person, and over the phone. While I did not go through with a lawsuit, my circumstances changed, I cannot say enough great things about Ben Blady! I highly recommend him! He has a great head on his shoulders, is compassionate, and wants to help people. I would never look elsewhere if I find myself in need of a lawyer again!
