I knew I was in good shape when the guy who took my call was named Jose, haha, not really but he was great so I signed up and let him take my case from beginning til the end. No hiccups really other than the fact that I hated being injured on TTD for a year making less than I was used to. Good news is I got healed up and got a nice settlement. I owe you guys the world.

Like many injured workers I suspect I was dumb enough to try and negotiate my settlement on my own. I had pretty serious injury and when the insurance company sent me the paperwork to agree to the settlement I thought what can it hurt to call around. I called the workers compensation attorney group and within about 5 mins I had a lawyer basically reach through the phone and strangle me lol. He said my case was worth about 3 times what they were offering, so I hired him, he was right, in fact it was about 4 times more than he said. I am so glad I made the call.

I am not much for words but wanted to leave a review because my lawyer and his staff literally helped me through one of the worst times of my life. If you are looking for great people, you found them. I will have to say the process was long and stressful, I felt like giving up at time, but I put trust in my lawyers and things turned out much better than expected.

I was cut of immediately because I am presently employed by my employer where I was hurt at work. Thank you very much but no thank you was how they responded to my initial call. They also asked me was it my first call to them? They didn't even bother to listen to my complaint. I found that to be rather insulting and quite disrespectful due to the fact that I am hurt. Why would I have to have been fired, on suspension, or dismissed from my employer to have representation for being injured at work? Poor, poor, poor!
