Thank you Prestige Legal solutions for you help on my Chevy Silverado case. The fact that everything is through emails and calls worked great with my scheduled. It’s was easy to deal with you guys. The settlement process was a lil weird for me but you guys came in through to make it better. Thank you.

I wish I reviewed this law firm before hiring them. The only reason I didn't was because i received a letter in the mail and dived straight in like an idiot. This law firm exhibits a tremendous lack of professionalism and a dismissive staff. But it doesn't stop there. Their communication skills are just as horrible. The 9 months I had this firm as my attorney, I had only a handful of calls, and most were from me to them begging for updates. I've read reviews from other clients of there's often experience delays in responses and lack of updates on their cases as well. Previous clients have left numerous negative reviews, warning others to avoid their services! Thank God you did because I would've stayed with this firm. I started to question what was taking so long and how aren't there any updates after 9 months. Turns out a case wasn't even filed yet!! I've since then fired this group and found a better one that keeps me updated frequently!

Received a letter in the mail - with my name spelled VERY incorrectly - claiming their research showed my 2014-2018 vehicle might be eligible for a lemon law recall. My what now? My current and only vehicle is 20+ years old. Tried to call the number on the letter, no answer. So I went to their website and filled out their "contact us" form explaining I did not qualify and please remove my information from their marketing cache: I gave them my work phone number. They sent an email. I replied to please remove my info. Two and three days later I get calls on my cell phone (which I did not give them). So I emailed them again to stop calling and wipe my (incorrect) info from their database. Waiting for acknowledgement of my wishes...

This firm contacted me as Prestige Legal Solutions P.C. Their name did not say anything about lemon cases. In the past I had a lemon case that was not as bad as this case and the past attorney got a settlement above $17,000. Prestige got me a $5,000 settlement and it seemed low but I my understanding was that it was not a lemon. Their rep was inducing me to take the $5000 saying the offer could be withdrawn if they had not already. Had they been clear about my case qualifying as a lemon case, I would have not accepted. My case had some of the biggest problems with the Bolt EV. I was not allowed to park in some parking lots because the idea was that it could catch on fire. It was one of the vehicles that required a new battery after failed repairs. After, I asked why so little and they said because the did not submit any records of repairs. I said you did not ask me for the records and they had no answer for that. I spoke to other attorneys and they said they would have gotten me around $20,000. I understand that the other attorneys say that amount and are not putting it in writing but in the past an attorney that handled a lemon case for me settled the case around $20,000. I think it was much higher than that but it has been a while and don't remember exactly. This past case was a much smaller problem. I did not give him this case because I did not know it was a lemon. Prestige contacted me asking me if I had any problems and they misled me instead of saying straight out that they would handle it as a lemon case. Always call other attorneys before signing a settlement from them. I have tried to speak to the attorney who handled my case and I cannot get past the front employees. I have asked them for the communications that went on with opposing counsel that led to that settlement and have been denied.

Prestige Legal took 10k our of 14k settlement, I got 4k, unethical in my opinion, auto was in my wife Deborah name and still have not recieved even the $4000 out of the $14000 settlement they claim. I can't believe this has only happened to us-they have sworn to California ehical standards,??

I was having issues with my car, took it to dealership to have it corrected on several different occasions. And i took to the dealership that i had originally purchased it thinking to myself the issue would get fixed. But unfortunately it was not. I was getting frustrated because this was very time consuming and the issue would only get fixed for a short amount of time. My issue was it was over heating. My brother told me my car was a lemon car and suggested for me to get a lawyer.
Now this was during covid. And things were shut down and and businesses were conducting over the phone. So I looked on Google and I found this firm.
I explained to them my issues and how frustrated this was becoming. And right away they started to help giving me advice to actually call GM customer service ( and it helped).
And the firm said that I wouldn't need to come to the office. And said everything would be done over the phone. And it took some time but in the end we won!!!
The service was awesome.

This group was excellent. They returned. My calls and my texts promptly. They answered my questions and were very helpful. I hope to never get another lemon. But if I do, I will be calling them again.
