Had very positive experience working with Josh. My wife had a body injury (toe fractured in rented apartments) and before I contacted The Capital Law Firm I tried 3 or 4 other attorneys. None of them even wanted to take the case after brief description, saying that it is very small chance and they did not want to spend their time. Luckily Josh took the case with very great agreement - no charge without settlement. Case negotiation was not fast. But the outcome was quite outstanding: settlement amount was far above my wife and myself expected and fully covered our healthcare expenses. Appreciation to Josh and The Capital Law Firm!

My experience with The Capital Law Firm was more then pleasant. My attorney Josh was always patient with me and handled all my questions. His case manager Victoria was very helpful and always made sure to check in with me. They both care about their clients. I was involved in a car accident and there was no police report. The insurance company was denying my claim. I hired Capital after interviewing some other lawyers and this was the best decision I made. I got great representation, and medical treatment. The doctor was very nice and located by my house. Not only did this firm help me win my case but the settlement amount was far more then I could ever expect. If only took a few weeks for me to get my check. Josh even took time out of his day to personally meet me and hand me my check which was very nice of him. I am so lucky I came across this law firm when looking for help. They are a perfect team, highly responsive and care about their clients and the ultimate result. I found Capital Law on Yelp when I was searching for a car accident lawyer. They made me feel comfortable and I knew they were as advertised after my consultation. The police report had me at fault but Josh Zokaeem still took my case and he got me a very high settlement. He took the time to reduce my medical bills and I was very happy with my portion. Josh cares and his law firm is as advertised. You should not trust anybody else with your car accident case besides Josh and Capital Law. Hire them and you will be rewarded!

The Capital Law Firm and Attorney Josh was referred to me from a friend who he represented previously. I was involved in a rear end car accident on the freeway. Attorney Josh Zokaeems was a gift in my life. I had been rear ended in a car accident. The car that hit me was also with my car insurance company. Things weren't going very well and I spoke to my son's neighbor about it and she told me I needed to call Josh immediately. Her recommendation was unusually high & serious. I honestly wasn't sure about calling him because of all of the rigmarole of attorneys and car insurance companies. Ever still, I called him the next day. I honestly was surprised at his calmness and sincerity (I am a musician and I can hear honesty in tones of people's voices). He asked me some questions and then later gave me a call saying that he would take my case. I am an older woman and the hardest part of dealing with the insurance company was the young people on my case who had hotshot attitudes having no idea of what an older persons body goes through in the healing process of an accident. Josh is a young man with an exceptional insight and wisdom beyond his years. Along with his great education and graceful mannerisms Josh is a rare gem of someone who loves his work in helping people and knows how to use his power of authority consciously. Alongside Josh is his wonderful secretary/assistant, Victoria. She's like him, as kind as they come. They have good hearts. There were times I worried and Josh and assured me they would take care of things. Josh made sure that I had all of the medical treatments that I needed to ensure proper healing. He was quite attentive and thorough to make sure all things were completed properly with my recovery. I learned patience as we were going through COVID and my stress levels were high at times. The outcome was more than I expected. Josh tripled what the insurance company had offered me. I learned about Trust & Faith.....to trust in life in the midst of adversity. There's always a silver lining, we have to remember that. Josh is a very good person and knows his expertise very well and fights brilliantly and powerfully for you....all of that in an elegant way. Joshua was great and was able to triple my settlement in a vehicle accident claim. Fought for me hard all along the way and got me what I was looking for when the insurance company wouldn't budget initially.

This is a Great Law Firm that will meet your expectation that i never anticipated, i was hit by a car while riding a bike on the sidewalk and the report put me at fault, Joshua Worked so hard to fight for my case and got a great settlement that i didn't think i was gonna get, It's worth to get this Law Firm as other Law Firms declined my case when they saw the report put me at fault but Joshua's Firm Accepted it and got a Settlement months later for something i didn't think of getting something, truly great Law Firm and i would highly suggest hiring them!
