To be honest, I had no idea what to do or where to turn after my accident. I went online and searched for attorneys. The first attorney told me that my case was not good. I then came across The Capital Law Firm on google and decided to give them a call after I saw how highly everyone spoke of them. I got a call back within 20 minutes and spoke to the attorney himself. Josh was very pleasant and honest with me about my case. He told me it was going to be tough, but promised that he would deliver. Josh was right. His confidence and belief in me about what happened was special. I got the medical treatment that I needed. My settlement was more than I ever hoped for and my medical bills all got taken care of. I was so happy about my service, Chris always returned my calls and had Josh call me if anything was unanswered. Josh's office is very nice and professional and this firm cares about their clients. When they tell you they will deliver, they will do as said. Do not call another law firm if you have been hurt, this is the place for you!

This was my first time hiring an attorney or being involved in an accident. I was at a red light when i was Rear-ended by a F-150 truck. I ended up being referred to Josh at the Capital Law Firm. I came across The Capital Law Firm when I was looking on Yelp for an attorney to help me with my Uber accident. I was on the 10 freeway with my sister when the Uber was hit from another car in the back. This was so scary, we got hit very hard and I was in so much pain I did not know what to do. I am so thankful to come across this law office on Yelp. They met with me the day of my accident and made sure I had transportation to the doctor the next day. Chris followed up with me every week to make sure my visits at the chiropractor were going well. Attorney Joshua always returned my calls. My sister and I were very contempt with the doctors, and the service this firm provided. They were friendly and respectful. The office is clean and they actually care for the client. The Capital Law Firm is a must for all your personal injury needs. I initially contacted them after a referral from a family friend and did not even seek a second opinion after I met with Joshua and Jackie. They made sure to call the doctor while I met in their office and I was able to get to the chiropractor the same day. Any time I needed something, they always had the answer. Last year I slipped and fell at McDonald's. I needed hip replacement surgery. Quite devastating for an elderly person as myself.
