I had my doubts when I fist connected with this firm, but all whom I communicated with were very patient, professional, and understanding. Equally important, they got the job done.

Horrible customer service. Called in and the employee who picked me up asked how he could assist me and before I could finish my sentence he transferred me to an answering machine.

Called for a second opinion on my case the person i spoke to was very rude and just told me to speak my to lawyer, i told him i know i could do that but i wanted a second opinion, no answers were provided. As someone who’s job is to shed light on us who are injured he couldn’t even do that. I’m glad i got in contact with another law firm who was able to answer my questions and provide the second opinion i was looking for. i hope this company knows that we’re also human and obviously not as knowledgeable as a lawyer, but doesn’t mean you can be rude and just shut a person out who is in obvious need of answers.
