I got rear ended by a big rig when exiting the freeway with extreme force that could have snapped my neck back, if the headrest wasn't there. The impact was so hard that it made me feel so dizzy and my body was shaking from the impact. The CHP was contacted and did the police report, A few weeks later I picked up the police report from my local CHP police station and did a google search and found M&Y (Personal Injury Lawyers). I contacted them and talked to Attorney Boris Sargsyan and he asked me about my accident and told me to send him the police report and he will get started on it and I will be contacted soon, by hearing that coming from an attorney, makes me feel that I'm in good hands and in the right place. I got a call from Karina Ramos (Case Manager) and she got started on making my doctor appointments immediately and if I had any problems, she was always there to help me everytime I needed her help, and she was always on point with everything and guided me through from the start of my doctor's appointments to the end and she will gather all the information from all my doctor's appointments and prepare it for my settlement. A few weeks later, I got a call from Maricar Antonio (Lien Negotiator) and she told me that my documents is ready for review and ready to be sign to receive my settlement and a healthy one too, It felt so good to hear that great news cause I was recently in a bad divorce and hit rock bottom and became homeless, I've been living in my car going on six months now and with a healthy settlement, I can get back on may two feet again and blessed with a fresh new start and a new chapter in my life. because of the hard work of these three Amazing, Talented, Intelligent, Professional, people and the whole M&Y (Personal Injury Lawyers) team (family). I just want to say that M&Y personal injury lawyers are amazing! I was involved in an auto accident not my fault and they took care of my every need. We found M&Y through a Google search and have not been disappointed. M&Y from start to finish handled my case with a stellar amount of care, resources, and ease. Whenever I had questions, Kelsey Gitlin answered every questioned regardless if I asked a million times and whenever I called, she answered or got back to me right away. The medical referrals also took really great care of me. Overall the experience was a 10/10 for how everyone went above and beyond, but also because I settled for 2k more than I anticipated. I had never been in a car accident before, so had no idea what to do or how anything worked! Worst people to ever work with me … extended my sugurey for no reason when I need it asap to get this case completed so I can pay off my debt and loan interest rates before they went up but this company seems to just want to get sued from the fraud they are doing
