HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!! If you want your settlement, WHEN YOU SIGN AN AGREEMENT, then do not go here!! My husband and I started with Steve Yamin over 2 years & 7 months ago. During that time he handed his case over to Benji Azazian. I, personally, had to find the person I was suing for them to serve her!! From the beginning I have been doing what they are getting paid for out of OUR SETTLEMENT!! They do not deserve a penny and they know it which is evident by the call we got from Daniel Reeds, another attorney that was somehow put on our case. That man has been rude and inconsiderate and when confronted with facts he backpedaled. We settled in August and in September we were sent the paperwork to sign. I was told by Ana Luisa, who now is no longer taking my calls, that we would receive our money in a week then it was by the end of the month then it was something else then it’s 2023 and still NOTHING!! Finally when I spoke up against them they cut me a check but they are still holding my husbands money that they told Us they do have!!!! This is not just ONE bad review this is that one that will be YOU if you use them so DON’T!! Don’t walk run to another firm that will get you what you deserve and not play games with you or make you do their job and they still take monies NOT properly earned!!! Next time I will be posting pictures of signed documents voice recordings and whatever necessary for people to see the truth!!
