I had M&Y handle my case and it seemed to be a complicated case. I had to go through a deposition and a mediation. Nick and team was very professional and was able to settle my case without going to trial. There was an issue in the beginning with communication and I had some trouble getting responses from the case manager; however, after I had told Nick, he took it upon himself to personally handle any efforts of communication and was very responsive when I had any question or issues. What I respected most about M&Y is their ability to manage my expectations on the deposition and the mediation which prepared me mentally on how they work allowing me to be relaxed and anxiety free. Overall I am very satisfied with the way the case was handled.
