I was referred to them by LegalEASE for a traffic ticket. They told me to go to court and plead not guilty. This is my first time getting a traffic ticket, so I didn't think much of it. When I got there, the receptionist, judge, and other lawyers were confused because it was noted that I have representation. I called them on the phone and the receptionist tried gaslighting me with "that's not true" when I told them that the time they booked was for attorneys only and asked them what I should do. I'm not sure if this is because LegalEASE doesn't pay very much or if the receptionists they hire just suck at communicating. If you can't take a case, just let the client know upfront... don't play games like this. I'm glad that I didn't pay them out of pocket.
