We worked with Eli Hammond and Kathleen Choe on a case and couldn't have asked for better results. They filed two motions on the case and had a hearing on both and won both motions. The case went from having a "permanent" order of protection issued to getting the entire case dismissed and we may even be awarded attorney's fees. Eli was very prepared for the hearing and presented extremely well in court in front of the judge. I'm happy this case is over and that we had an attorney that we could truly rely on to get fair and just results!

I was in a car accident, I was driving on the freeway and traffic started slowing down and then came to a stop while the driver behind me didn't and hit me hard from behind. I then contacted McGee, Lerer and Associates who helped me get the medical attention I needed at the time, get my car fixed and a settlement. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a accident .

Guy opened car door right in front of me while riding my bike. I tried to negotiate settlement with insurance myself, as I thought attorney fees would be prohibitive.
After getting the run around for months, I finally became agitated and called McGee Lerer. They got me a maxed out settlement within a few weeks of signing!!!
