I got a referral to Asaf Agazanof through a friend who had used him for another Lemon Law situation. On the initial call he was able to understand the issue very well and asked for a few items to start the case. Within 2 weeks time he provide me with the documents he had submitted to the manufacture (German Car Maker). Less than 6 weeks later he had my settlement which was better than what I had expected. Needless to say, he was very communicative and was on top of everything. The process was very easy although the manufacture was very hard to deal with.
