Elana was a godsend for an awful situation my family and I found ourselves in. Thankfully, the case was dismissed before going to trial and the criminal side was closed. Elana was diligent and extremely responsive as we built a defense should things proceed for the worse. In fact, she became a good friend throughout the process, and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and compassion as we navigated an extremely distressing situation. Her kind words and encouragement throughout the ordeal gave me hope and energy to push forward, and that is something rare to find in my opinion. I cannot recommend her enough. Elana is like a angel. I’m very lucky to have been referred to her. She is very professional and knows her way around the court rooms and legal processes to help you(me). Elana, you saved my butt. I was looking at 6 months in Jail ( that I don't think I would have survived, if I'm being honest with myself). You helped me get through one of the toughest couple of months I have ever had to deal with. With you on my side, I felt like there was no possibility of losing. We didn't get me off the hook completely, but there was nothing you could do about that. We pled out and even got the record expunged! I love you so much! On a separate note, I have been trying to obtain a business license and there was a bunch of legal wording I had no idea what I was reading. I picked up the phone and was able to call her and ask for help and she just gave me her legal aid. I am so grateful to have found you Elana! You are seriously an angel. Her expertise and diligence was the reason why the appellate court actually reversed my conviction, and the trial court was remanded with instruction to DISMISS my case.
