If you are looking for legal representation, I can say with 100% confidence: “look no further!”. Jennifer B. Gardner is the perfect combination of a kind considerate “people’s person” and a highly professional straight-shooting “fighter”. She understands and acknowledges the level of stress a client (and parties involved) is likely to experience when situations get to a point where an attorney is needed, as well as during the process of solving a case. She also understands the power of words and is therefore a master of formulating incredible sentences on the spot; to the point in exactly the right tone that’s most effective for the moment, because she is very good at gauging a situation not only by looking at the facts in play but also taking the ‘human factor’ into consideration. Which, in my case, resulted in a tactful approach; reasonable, firm, and demanding, yet nicely wrapped in amicable non-offensive language. By the time I decided that I needed a lawyer I couldn’t see the forrest for the trees because my case involved a lot factors of which I couldn’t judge their relevance anymore. I did an online search and as soon as I stumbled upon some articles written by Jennifer I knew she was ‘the one’, because everything I read completely resonated with me.
