Three weeks ago I spoke to Attorney James Kosnett regarding my Chinese Speaking wife and her unemployment claim. I followed his exact advise and within a few weeks her claim was approved and her first payment was received today. Great advice. He did not charge us for his time. Highly recommend.

The Kosnett’s and John Alexander have helped me tremendously. The Covid era of online learning has been rife with creating and accusations of cheating because of it. John Alexander walked me through the entire process of dealing with such charges and explained the rights I had in the process (which colleges seldom disclose completely). In the end, the truth about my situation came out and I was found innocent of any cheating charges. James Kosnett and his associate John Alexander were tremendously helpful in my family's fight against a private institute of higher education. They answered our call when virtually no one else would. Perhaps a bit pricey, but they managed to make the best of our situation. That being said, they aren't miracle workers, and can only work with the given facts. I read some of the other (more negative) reviews and can see how people might be put off by James' questioning - but at least in my experience, this was to flesh out our case and determine the weaknesses. Unfortunately in the law, not every wrong has a remedy, but James and John did the best they could, and we got a satisfactory outcome. The one thing I should add is, if your student is having difficulty at school, don't wait for things to escalate, just get James on the phone ASAP, this will save you tons of grief!
